This is the carpet cleaner you need!
This thing works amazing. We bought it to clean our travel trailer carpets and we were shocked by how clean it was able to get the carpets. The drying setting is great because you don't have to worry about your carpets being wet for too long. It does come with two small trial size carpet cleaner solutions. It will work for a small amount of carpet so make sure to buy some more solution before you start cleaning. If you are trying to decide to buy this carpet cleaner, do it!

This is terrible
I purchased this product thinking it would work great for my house since I just got a puppy. There is not suction right when I first tried to use it it doesn't spray any cleaner out of the spot chaser even with the batteries in. The floors come out soaking wet when on the dry option

    100% Worth every penny!
    Why did I wait so long? I just purchased a house with carpets and have an elderly dog. 'nuff said! This is a dream shampooer. From assembly to the first pass was less than 5 minutes and I have never owned a shampooer. It comes with shampoo solution so you can shampoo on day 1. No buttons to press or hold down to spray the solution. Push to shampoo, pull to dry, and that is it. The vacuum is powerful and no soggy rug, plus it has a "dry only" setting to really take most of the moisture out of the carpet. Clean up is super easy, the tanks remove easily to empty and the cover on the brush rollers removes so you can clean the brushes and remove any hair or rug lint. This was a great purchase, especially with my little elderly dog that has started to have more frequent accidents. So now the accidents are easily cleaned up with no stress. Thank You Hoover for an excellent product!

    The little attachment on the suction hood that fits over the rollers that secures it is not sturdy enough. Have used the carpet cleaner 2 times in small areas and the hood is sliding back and forth.

    Great for ordinary traffic and quick clean ups
    I actually was trying to give a 4.5 rating, but was not able to. It's really amazing how lightweight and easy this was to use. It also did a wonderful job, except on the tougher, older stains. I was a little disappointed that the pre-treat wand didn't spray better, it was just a thin trickle. I changed the batteries, but that didn't change it.

    My floors are so clean!!!
    Designed so well! Everything on this is removable so you can clean it, even the brush rollers! So after you're done cleaning you can make back to like brand new. Also when you roll forward it washes and back it dries. You can push a button to make it dry only and go back through and dry again. This significantly decreases dry time. My carpets were dry in less than an hour. I can't believe how good this works and for this price. I never leave reviews but this is such a great find.

    Unbelievable!
    OMG... I can't say enough! absolutely amazing. Here... let the pictures do the talking... 6 month's, 2 kids, cats and dogs, and way to much work made me embarrassed of my carpet! LOOK at the before and after with ONLY hot water!!! Actually can't wait to see how much more clean it gets when I actually use carpet shampoo!

    Terrible quality control
    1st one leaked dirty water out of the back motor housing. The detergent container leaked through the unit as well. Very dangerous to have liquids getting into areas where there should not be liquid. Returned it and got a replacement. 2nd one the box looks like its been sitting out in the sun for weeks. The ink on the top is all faded. Opened it up and the seal for the water intake under the dirty water tank was extremely malformed, badly enough that the unit will definitely leak if I use it. Returned it and ordered a 3rd replacement. Waiting on the 3rd one now...
