Great Purchase
I love the hoverboard its a very pretty hoverboard it works and everything I love the lights. The only thing is it gave me a black hoverboard manual. Other than that its great! Purchase it!

We ordered this as Santa's gift! It wouldn't charge the only way it would power on is while it was plugged in. We had to pretend that Santa sent us a return box and had to get a different one!

    Keep looking!
    Just like some of the other people on here, the one I bought for my daughter quit working after less than a month. When I used the insurance, they would refund my money but not the product. I had gotten it on a good sale, so now they aren't even refunding enough to replace what I bought. I will be going with a different one this time for sure!

    Loose charging port

    Broke quickly
    Broke and wouldn't charge within a couple weeks of purchase. Return window was short and so now we just have a broken hoverboard.

    Horrible Battery Life - Don't Recommend Product
    Battery life is horrible. After riding a few times it now only works for about 5-10 minutes before it starts beeping obnoxiously that it needs to be charged. It had plenty of time to get a full charge. Extremely disappointed.

    Junk!
    I bought a Hover 1 in December in store as a Christmas gift for one of my boys. He liked so much I bought another one online for my other sons birthday in February. Today is Jan 6 and the board is not working, in fact, it never even made it outdoors kids have just been riding it in the house since Christmas so weathering, water, or cold temps are not the issue. Online research points to a bad motherboard. I did see people were having trouble with these before I bought the first one so I bought the warranty from Walmart. The first is going back under that warranty and not sure if I should return the second one. I recommend against buying but if you do buy one get the warranty because the online reviews are true! I believed it wouldn't happen to me and then it did.

    Dead on arrival. Will not charge, guessing it has a defective battery or circuit board. Emailed Hover-1 on 12/26 now 5 days later yet to hear back. I should of just returned it and bought something else. very disappointing for my son to have one of his most exciting gifts not work and now have to wait to replace it
