This Hoverboard was the primary source of entertainment for my very hard to entertain 6 year old son over Christmas break. His coordination and balance are not the strongest so I was concerned about how quickly (or if at all) he would acclimate. This has not only been a great source of fun for him, but has been a huge tool in understanding his body movements and balance. Out of the box, it was easy enough to get up and running with little to no direction and he was able to figure it out almost immediately. The first day, he rode for several hours on and off without the battery being depleted. We have since charged it several times and battery seems to hold up through a whole day of play (on and off). I think the board itself is durable when knocked into things while riding, but we don't allow the kids to carry themselves due to it's weight. Overall, this has been a great product for our whole family and still has the full interest of my kids – my 3 year old daughter has even managed to ride (slowly and supervised)!

    Worked great till battery died
    Worked great gor a while but problems with the battery. Even hot ectended warranty but it dont cover the battery

    Awesome for beginners and veterans
    Great product! Has great battery life, approx 4 hours! Easy to use with very little learning curve. I use mine for litterally Everything, walking the dog, going to the store and work. Very reliable excellent machine.

    This was a great hoverboard to start with! I was initially nervous to ride, due to my lack of balance, but it was super easy to get a hang of! Very smooth ride, and easy to figure out. Touch foot pads aren't too sensitive. Battery is charged from the wall and lasts a decent amount. Everyone in my family loved to try it and instantly wanted one of their own. Great product.

    Great hover board for the beginner!
    My 8 year old and 5 year old wanted a hover board for Christmas but I was SCARED of them! haha. This one was perfect for a beginner! It is a price point that is just right for the little ones who want in on this cool new toy! The 5 year old girl still isn't sure about it, but the 8 year old boy thinks it is the best! Took him about 3-5 tries to feel comfortable! Would recommend this to anyone that wants a hover board but doesn't want to make a HUGE investment!

    Perfect for a 10 yr old Girl, best Christmas present ever, she learned how to use it w/in a couple minutes of trying and was on it all morning, comes charged so no waiting to try it out. Easy for her monuver too!!! The speed is perfect, not out of control but fast enough where she can have fun!! Your child will not be disappointed

    For the price, this Hover 1 Ultra, cannot be beat. My 6 yr old flies on this thing. I always, even in the house, make her wear shoes. This board goes 10mph, maybe a bit faster with a 60lb 6 yr old. *There are hover boards all over with prices from $99-$600.. THIS HOVER BOARD IS MEANT FOR A CHILD BEGINNER AND IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT.
