BLUETOOTH DOESN'T WORK
BLUETOOTH DOESN'T WORK!!! I wish I would have read ALL the negative reviews BEFORE I purchased this one because a review back in 2018 says their bluetooth stop working after two weeks. My situation is about the same except it never really worked more than a couple of days. There were other days were it would work for about 3 minutes only to stop. The phone number in the manual that comes with it no one answers the phone, the website says 'not secure" so I couldn't go on it then I tried to get Walmart customer service to help me troubleshoot (the person was clearly in another country) and the person said the company said they fixed it but I said it 's not working. When I asked for a manager he put me on hold then hung up. I chose this because my son wanted to listened to music as he rode his hoverboard but it doesn't look like it will be happening.

    Don't buy
    Brought for my daughter. It works fine but we hate that it shut off while riding it. The charger quit working and you can't buy another charger for this hoverboard. You have to go to the company that makes it. And it take it 25 to 30 days for it to arrive.

    Didn't Work
    Bought it for my 10 year old granddaughters birthday and when charged it and took it off charger, it did not work. She cried and so did I. We are awaiting a refund. My son FedEx yesterday. Hope the people refund soon. PANDEMIC pangs for our youth is hard enough.

    Not good at all!!! Do not buy
    Horrible hover board. Charging cord that came with it doesn't fit the hover board at all. So needless to say I can't charge it unless I use a charger from another one.

    Don't b fooled
    My grandkids wanted this thing for Christmas it was a little pricey but i got it any way when i finally got it it looked good its got Bluetooth it lights up it was nice for about 2 weeks until it was time to charge it and the port broke on it what a waste it was only used a few times not even a handful of times n it breaks so just b aware of what ur getting

    Should I contact the company?
    I bought this fir my grand daughter in October, started Christmas shopping early. Christmas came and one week after she began to explore the hover board, it began to malfunction. It was no longer stable and even with restarting it it was still beeping and riding backwards. What a disappointment? She waited so long to experience the ride just to now stare at it with frustration. 100 plus dollars wasted, just to ride it 5 times...SMDH!

    7 year old loves it Make sure to get helmet elbow Pads knee pads ect.. also invest in a carrying Bag they're pretty cheap at Walmart for like 9 bucks because they're heavy
