working good so far!
great product for the price we paid, We bought three of them for Christmas and all were working right out of the box. They charge fairly quick. I hope they will last at least until next Christmas, so far so good!

Defective hoverboard
This is a piece of crap. There is no way you charge a product for 2 hours and it is still not working. This messed up my daughter's Christmas because she was looking forward to getting one of these. I would NEVER recommend this company. After reading all the negative comments they should be banned from selling this crappy product on any site. If I could give zero stars I would. I don't understand how a product is broke upon arrival. Is this a money scam? I don't understand. I want my money back.

    Perfect first hover board
    We got this hover board for my 8 year old for Christmas and it was the perfect first hover board for her. We are about 6 months in and it's still running like the first day she rode it. Very pleased with our purchase.

    Don't buy this!!
    Dead on arrival, charged as directed and wouldn't power on. Purchased in Nov, 2020, sticker on it says manufactured in 2008!!

    Ordered in November to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I didn't know much about hoverboards so did some research and didn't know if she would use it long enough to buy an expensive one. So I went this way. It's been charged 3 times. Will no longer charge. The first 5 days was great

    it is neat however when choosing this one I went with its capability to go a good distance says in the description of this exact product down to the color.."range 6 to 8 miles" depending on weight and surface...my daughter is 8 no where near max weight AND THE MANUAL SAYS 30 to 45 minute running time .....doesn't add up ugh

    This product SUCKS!
    Bought this for my grandson for Christmas he was so excited but it came DOA! We charged it and the charger said it was charged still nothing! Lights didn't work nothing! Very dissatisfied! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT unless you want a sad child!

    Check the manufactured date.
    I ordered this hoverboard on November 1, 2020. When it arrived on November 6th I wanted to check it out as it was a Christmas gift for my son. The board itself seems pretty nice but it is made of a thinner plastic that I do not foresee holding up well to crashes. Also while it did power up immediately I noticed that only one side of the lights on top stayed on when not in use. I'm not sure if this is normal but I didn't like that it was only lit up on one side. After testing it out a bit I went to put it back in the box and noticed the data sticker on the bottom. The hoverboard I received in 2020 was manufactured in 2008, making it 12 years old! I contacted Wal-Mart about receiving an old item and they were completely understanding and immediately offered to process a return or contact the manufacturer. I have purchased another board, the Jetson Sphere, and will be returning this one for a full refund.
