She was very happy
Bought this hover board for my granddaughter she loves it. The color all the lights and the easiness of learning to control it. Didn't like that the weight limit stated one thing and when we got it it stated a lesser max weight. Other than that she loves it.

Had it charging for 2 days and still doesn't want to work. I returned it to the company for a refund and they just resent me the same exact hoverboard.

    Don't buy, waste of money. Battery won't charge.
    Don't waste your money on this! I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. The battery will not hold a charge. It shows full battery all the time but he will be riding it and it just shuts off and he falls to the floor. The battery last maybe 10 minutes or less. Very disappointed, just a waste of money. Hopefully they will refund my money so I can buy a better one after I read the reviews. Lesson learned, read reviews before you buy!

    Battery doesn't last long only 5-10 minutes. Sent it back for a replacement and it was the same issue with new one. Sent the new one back and requested a refund

    Horrible and squeaks, buy something else
    Excited to give this as a Christmas gift. The base squeaks when you ride it. My 55 lb son is not heavy enough for that to happen. We had it open for a total of 3 hours (to charge and ride) and it is horribly loud squeaking. Do not recommend!

    Did not work upon arrival worse experience by far! Contacted support and still have not heard nothing! Angry money was waisted! I only gave it a 1 star because you have to rate it to submit review!

    Need it to be what it said weight 220
    The weight that it holds is not what I ordered it was supposed to hold up to 220 and it says 165 I want what I paid for so what do I do and its the second purchase that was WRONG
