Happy with the bikes bought 2. They were already assembled which was great. Ordered and received same day.
I am very unhappy with the delivery. They were dropped of at the wrong home. A picture was taken and was not my home. Canvas neighborhood found bikes in a walkway. Knocked on their door to let them know I was there and these were my bikes I was go to retrieve but no one answered the door. They had a ring doorbell and I left a message on what I was doing on the ring (hopefully they got it) the house was down street but I don't know them and this could have been detrimental to my life if this had gown another way. Consumers need to be CALLED before driver leaves the premises.

This bike was a bad investment for me.
Front rim bent. Rear sprocket made allot of noise. Fell apart on first test ride. New front rim cost more than the bike.

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/26/2023What a good workoutIt was good weather. I decided to go for riding new bicyle to Vancouver Lake, which is 9 miles from my apartment. On my way back, the gear was broken. It was making noise before. I thought it was fine. Front gear switcher was broken. I could not pedal it anymore. I could not drag it neither. I used Uber for ride home. Uber driver said I could not put my bicycle. The car was small. He told me to leave the broken bicycle and just to go home on the car. Well, it was only 3 days old bicycle. I could not throw it away. I told him. I am going to take the bus home. What I did not realize at tat time was, in west side of vancouver, bus stops operating at 7PM. And it was 8PM already. So.... I had to walk about 4 miles with the bike on my back. It took me 2 hours to get home. What a good workout.Jin

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/14/2023Bent back wheel rimunusable - I bought this for my husband as an early fathers day present. He assembled it today with some issues as the instructions weren't adequate only to discover that the back wheel is bent which basically renders the bike unusable. The rim is so bent that it hits the brake as the wheel turns. I will attempt to connect with customer service for a new wheel but definitely disappointed.Kaylea

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/22/2023Good Price Gear Shifter Downshifts Hard SometimesI liked the price of the bike. When I was ordering it from the on-line store it said that neither delivery, nor shipping to my address, was available. The on-line store also stated that it was available from the nearby store, but only via curb-side delivery, meaning that I was supposed to stay in my vehicle and they'd bring it out to me, but if it was unassembled, then I'd need to find someone to haul it home for me. However, when I ordered it on-line, it gave me choices of when to pick it up, and I actually had gone to the store itself and didn't see it there in the bike "racks." I asked them at the customer service counter, and what I hoped was that the bike was in the warehouse and would be assembled for me so I could ride it away, and I told them that if it wouldn't be assembled for me that I'd need to ask someone to haul the box for me. They told me to wait a few minutes and she asked about the bike, as it said that it would be ready to be picked up at a certain time when I checked on-line, and I was in the store early, and told them that I was there to pick up some groceries, and guess what, the bike was assembled by the time I took the few groceries to the check-out counter. I've enjoyed the bike so far, but have had a minor "problem," and not sure whether there's anything that I can do about it, and that is, sometimes, when riding, when I try to downshift through the gears, the Rubber Twist Grip used to shift gears with will turn very hard, and I'll sometimes need to put a lot of "muscle" into getting it to turn enough to downshift. I almost feel that I need to put a "vise grip" on it so I can downshift LOL. I took the seat off without even using it, as I know that it's uncomfortable like most other "new" bikes, and put the softer seat that I was using on a former bike on it. I also put the head light and tail light that I had on the previous bike on it, and both are USB rechargeable, but what I do is take a battery bank along if I'm going to ride at night, and I put it into the Cell phone "bag" that I put on the bike, and that will keep the head light and tail charged up through the night, and I can go about 6 to 8 hours every night for about 4 nights or so before the battery bank needs recharging. Also, you may see a large sprocket on the rear wheel in one of the photos, and what that is is a sprocket from a gas-powered engine kit, but I found that the engine kit won't fit into the frame (the kit is about 2 inches too tall to fit into the frame), so I'm going to take the time to remove that sprocket, and I'm thinking of buying a different bike where the engine kit will fit into to help me going uphill on a few of the steep hills around here, even though I found that I "climb" the steep hills just fine at around 5 to 6 MPH using the lowest gear on this bike. The brakes work fine, but I did adjust them a bit better, so instead of pulling about half-way on the hand brakes, I only need to pull them about 1/4 the way, and how I do that is, I take the adjusters on the handle bars, and turn them so about 3 threads are showing out of the handlebar, then I hold the brake pads against the tire hard and pull on the cable after having the cable loosened up, then to give the brakes some slack I turn the adjusters back into the handlebar and that seems to work great for me.Unknown

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/20/2023Bad choiceThe package arrived damaged. One of the brake pads was broken and the rear wheel bent. The wheel was touching the chain in the lower gear. I spent hours trying to check if I was missing something. I tried Huffy's customer service with no success. It was a huge disappointment and a horrible experience.Gustavo

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/06/2023Great Product Ruined by Walmart Home DeliveryThe bike is great! The Walmart home delivery, not so much. They delivered it with scratched leather, frame and ripped stickers. Because store assembled, arranging exchange was impossible.Off2CEE
