Great price for a great bike!!
This bike is fabulous! A little bigger than expected but I got use to it. She is easy to ride and the pedal assist works wonders for those hilly and windy rides! I think my hubby is gonna get one also. Color is wonderful as well!

Damage product out of the box!
This bike looks amazing, the color is awesome…. But it took forever to get, FedEx is horrible. The bike had multiple damage issues. Front fender had large dent in it. And the frame had paint chips. Very disappointing to open a bike that you waited for and this happens.

    This is a great ride!!
    I bought this recently for my wife. Arrived quickly and was easy to put together. Extremely well made. Love the cruiser aspect. Charged it up and away we go. Wife loves it. To be honest I found two more at an auction and bought them both. Now we both have one and a spare for family rides.

    I'd rate this 0 stars if this was an option! Never actually got to ride it because it was so bent and full of dents when I put it all together…which took forever. And it's really BIG. I'm only 5'4” and I couldn't touch the ground…seems a lot bigger than a regular ladies bicycle. Cute tho! And I guess the return process was nice and fast. Got my money back in about 3 days so that was good at least.

    Great for inexperienced riders.
    As an entry level electric bike for an older person, this bike is perfect. Not too many settings and really pretty. Easy riding bike. Very good price range for an e-bike too.

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) it's an awesome bike and the quality is good enough for a casual rider such as myself. assembly was ok with my husband (a bike rider) doing everything. i've been on 3 average ¾ hour rides and the battery is still about 50%. the order experience from walmart itself was smooth, but the delivery was a nightmare - it took almost 2 months to get here and customer support was pointless and i had to pay for the privilege. i would totally give this a 5 star rating if it weren't for the delivery nightmare.

    I don't know much about electric bikes and didn't research much before purchasing. I only knew, I wanted a good cheap version to try and see if I would like and use it. This was the cheapest I saw with good ratings. I ordered 2 bikes, this one and a similar one for my husband, on January 1 and they arrived on January 11. I live in Los Angeles. They arrived in perfect order. My husband unpacked them and inadvertently clipped the wires on mine. He fixed it easily with electric tape, but I advise being careful unpacking. He assembled both bikes pretty quickly. It is a very attractive cruiser, is quite large and is heavy, and looks just like the pic, although the color is slightly darker and more vibrant in person. More of a greenish-blue than shown; it's a true turquoise. The batteries are easy to charge and can be charged while in or out of the bike. To put the battery in, the key must be turned all the way to the left. To start the bike, first press the power button on the battery for 3 seconds, then press the power button on the power controller on the left handle bar. Last night I took it out for the first time. It took about 10 minutes to get used to the different power levels. There are 3 levels of power, and it kicks in when you're pedaling. I guess that's what they mean by power assist. There is no throttle. Just pedal, and then you'll feel the motor start to help. It's pretty powerful. I haven't ridden a bike in quite some time and am not in shape and it was very easy to take a ride for quite a distance with no problem. I wanted to get a little more excercise than assist, so I turned the power off when I didn't want help. It's super easy to do. I also turned it off when approaching an intersection - even though there were no cars. Turning the power back on is just easily touching the button, but it takes a few seconds. I'm 5'6" and the seat is too high, as others have mentioned. I solved this by wearing some wedge heal boots of 1.5", and that was fine. This won't work on a warm day in the day-time however, so my husband will cut off the post, or I'll just make due. I found the seat to be comfortable, but the ride was very bouncy with the motor off or on. I didn't mind, but don't recall this with my other bikes. My husband's bike has the same seat and he thought it was uncomfortable. I was surprised that it was very easy to pedal with the motor off. I had thought it wouldn't be since it's a heavy bike. I'm pretty strong and it was a little difficult to get up the front steps. I have ordered new helmets and lights, and look forward to riding again. I would say that it's well worth it.

    happy -minor quality issues and short battery life

I love the bike, so happy I bought one, great price for an e bike however, it'a poorly made, you can tell because of how much it rattles and how the plastic components ( like the tire cover thingys) don't quite fit right, they don't stay centered. additionally the battery life is kinda too short, it last me around 50 minutes i'd say. it's fine for a one way trip of 30 mins but if your not able to charge it for at least 2 hours at your destination, then it is not taking you home

    Great bike, great price, not great if youre short!
    I love so much about this bike! Easy to change from electric to self pedaling, good power (and so far Ive only used the low mode). Seems like a good quality bike. My only problem is the seat height. It is set on the lowest possible setting, (and Im 5 ft 8 in) and my feet barely touch the ground when stopped. It is advertised as good for 5 ft 4 - 6ft. I am torn with keeping the bike and returning it. I absolutely love the bike and once Im moving, there is nothing but fun! Called the company and they have nothing to help this issue.

    Bike is nice assembly service not so much!
    The over all look of the bike is awesome! I would have rated this better except I ordered the in home assembly and they canceled twice, then flat out said they weren't providing the service and refunded my money for the assembly portion. The assembly part was a bit difficult and this is why I paid the extra for the service! The bike also arrived and had a ding in the back fender!
