Cozy swing!
My baby and I love the Zoo Zoo Zebra swing! The swing in very sturdy and nicely built. I love the zebra theme and colors, because its different from a lot of the other stuff out right now. It works great soothing my baby to sleep at nap time when he is fussiest. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Doesn't work - No Power
Got this swing brand new yesterday as a gift and it worked for about 20 minutes then the power cut out. I tried batteries changing wall outlets but nothing

    Super squeaky!!!
    I liked this swing at first but now only 3 months in with really minimal use it squeaks so darn loud!

    Was nice then suddenly the motor quit
    I bought this for my youngest at the end of February and everything was good until recently. The motor itself has just completely crapped out. It will swing fine without the little one in it, but will barely swing when he's in it on the highest setting.He is well below the max weight limit by 9 pounds. For only a few months that's pretty ridiculous. Especially at the price tag. Not worth it at all. Last kids 2 product I buy. Back to graco.

    Don't purchase this product!
    I've spent over a hour assembling this product and still have not resolved the issue with the straps. If you check the comments on the YouTube assembly video almost everyone has the same issue. The company has responded to individuals clearly they are aware. I will be seeking a refund and I discourage anyone from buying this item.

    My son loved it until it stopped working.
    We recieved it as a baby shower gift. And at 91 days after purchase it stopped working. I have the same problem as the comment titled "Loved it until now". It worked well now. All of a sudden one day i turned it one and the light flashed and then nothing. I checked the wiring and there's nothing not connected or a short in the wiring. I think you need to recall this product and I would love it if you would add a bluetooth connection.

    Absolutely love this product it's so easy to use and the baby loves it, soothes baby very quickly. This swing was one of the best things I ever received. Unfortunately it randomly stopped working and that has been a big pain. Everything seems fine the wires are plugged in and everything is good to go but the second I press the button a green light flashes and that's it no Power no nothing and the swing isn't working. For it to randomly just stop working is a concern for me and then have the baby stare at you like mama my swing!! This swing is no doubt on the expensive side and the stuff used to build it should be longer lasting. I don't know if I would buy it again or recommend it. ☹️

    Protective packaging would be nice.
    The swing looks comfy and inviting and can't wait for my newborn grandbaby to use. Problem, however. I offered to help my daughter by unboxing. While we'll padded, there are several white zip ties to cut. There white electrical wires that are easily mistaken for zip ties. The wires are not wrapped or padded. In my eagerness to help, I may have cut into a wire. It is intact, but has to be held together manually to maintain current. When put together the swing will not turn on. I've tried to find a replacement part online (swing control with left-midtube, Part 1) but cannot. We are all discouraged about this since our sweet babe is ready to use it.

    Maybe I just got a defective product? It lights up, the mobile and sound works the LED lights even turn on for the swing, but the swing doesn't swing.

    beautiful colors and great features
    This swing is so nice! The base is a little big and takes up a lot of space, but if you have the room for it, it's worth it! The colors are gender neutral enough you could use for a boy or a girl. The swing speeds are great and I love that the swing can grow with my child with the inserts. It does fold up nicely and the ability to plug in your phone to play music is an amazing feature! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
