Worth the purchase for many years of family fun!
We've had this Intex 26ft pool for 7 years. The second and third summer we found a couple small holes in the floor and those were sealed immediately. We take the pool down at the end of every summer for storage and the framing poles have lasted nicely as well as the liner. I bought a replacement pool last year thinking the existing one had not survived another year, however, we were happy to find it that not only had it survived, we put it up with no new holes. I returned the new one.

Horrible from the get go
Initially thought pool was gonna be good, but I was mistaken. Shipping was a mess and got delayed several times.. After setup I found two holes in the liner and had to patch. Filled pool with water and figured out two of the hoses were damaged. Luckily I had a couple and hooked up pump. Pump did not work and I'm now trying to deal with Intex and get replacement parts. They told me it took 2 days processing and 7-9 business days to get new parts. Meanwhile my pool is turning green and already been a huge pain. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company. Don't say I didn't warn you. Train wreck is the best way to sum this experience up.

    GO BIG, NO REGRETS ON THIS BEAST!!!
    Intex 26 ft x 52 in: WOW this pool is huge and tough! Do the prep work and it will pay off. We spent one full week just leveling the ground (YouTube taught us how to level for above ground pool). We wet down the dirt pad every evening,tamped, added more dirt in low spots, dragged a 2x4 around in a circle a million times! We set the pool up on foam board (search on YouTube) and the tarp it came with. NO WRINKLES! While it was filling we dug pavers into the ground and made sure the pool “belly” didn't get close to the pavers. It turned out so close to perfect that when it was full (2 days to fill) it was only off by 1.5 inches all the way around! Not noticeable at all. This pool is a keeper. We love it. Make sure you watch the pool every 30 minutes while filling to straighten the legs out and also get in and walk around to feel for little pebbles that the pool liner can sweep across it while laying the liner down. I truly recommend this pool and would do it all over again. It seems nicer than a professional hard side pool. We put up a shade sail and sprinkler to cool the water. The sand pump that comes with the pool is more than strong enough for the size of the pool even tho the size of the pool recommends a bigger pump(which I was scared about) but no worries, it cleans and filters to keep the chemicals in balance and the pool sparkling. Get 100 lbs of sand (you will use around 75lbs). Everyone hates on the ladder,but come on… you use it to get in and out….. my husband is 230lbs and it is narrow but not uncomfortable. GO BIG.. if you are going to put in the work to prepare the ground, may as well get the best Intex has to offer.

    Awesome pool
    After our hard sided above ground pool was damaged, we replaced it with this pool %26 couldn't be happier! We are very impressed with how sturdy the supports are and how thick the liner is! We did purchase the Intex skimmer which is a game changer for helping keep the pool clean! Highly recommend this pool, great purchase!

    Family Fun Pool
    I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Our 4 kids are getting bigger and they love to swim so we decided to upgrade our old Intext pool to the larger sized 26 feet by 52 inches. They really love the new pool and are extremely happy with the bigger size. We love the Intext brand because it is easy to assemble, lasts a long time and is easy to keep clean. The directions for assembly were easy to follow and we were able to get everything done in one day. We did have a difficult time with the frame. It was a bit of a struggle to push the beams and legs through the liner. The instructions recommended using talc powder and when we used the powder it was much easier to slide everything together. After we put the frame together we assembled the pump, filter and hoses. They were easy to assemble because the instructions were detailed. The final step was filling the pool. It took a couple days to fill up with a regular garden hose but everyone is happy and swimming now. I would definitely recommend buying this pool!

    Perfect pool for the summer
    I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. We purchased the 26ft X 52in intex pool. The pool came in 4 boxes with everything separated which was nice and easy for instillation. The instructions were very vague but there were YouTube videos that were very helpful with set up. The liner is very thick and a great quality. The liner was easy to put on the stakes and held the pool together perfectly. The ladder is a little small if you have bigger people using the pool. We had to have pool water delivered due to being on a well it took aprox 18,000 gallons to fill. The pump is a sand filter pump and was easy to hook up and run. Overall a great pool very excited to enjoy this pool this summer.

    Likely wouldn't repurchase
    I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The set up was very quick maybe 1-2 hours. The pools to the ground from the pool are hard to put on and balance while holding up the rest of the pool. The ring around the edge is unable to be straightened and very hard to put on the poles. The plastic doesn't move well on the poles so it is already ripping as the pool is adding water. The filter was very quick to put together and quiet when running. The liner seems thick enough to last a few years. The added bug strainer is super helpful! The water is going to be so nice this summer and summer to come hopefully. The pool itself seems very high priced compared to others sold by the same brand.
