Saved a marriage!
This TV saved our marriage. My husband watches political news all day long and I had had enough and blew up! He would not share the TV to watch anything entertaining. I pouted for a few minutes and finally decided to buy my own TV that was bigger and better than his and put it in the bedroom. His TV is only 50 inches, so I got the 65 inch UHD, LED tv. When my son installed it he joked that I would need to wear sunscreen when I watched it because it was so big. I also purchased a sound bar to enhance the sound. Now I can sit in the bedroom and watch any program I want with awesome sound... my husband is now jealous of my bigger, better TV but a 74 year old couple now are not fighting over the TV anymore!

VERY UNHAPPY
I'm giving this TV one star.... It does not stay signed in to NETFLIX or PRIME. It constantly loses WiFi connection. I know it is the TV because my other 2 smart TV's do not have this problem. When it does stay connected it has horrible picture quality, especially with NETFLIX. I would like a new one or a way to get a hold of JVC to get an exchange from them. This TV is a Pain to deal with. Especially now that we are stuck at home due to COVID-19.

The box was punctured in several places so I was worried but it's wrapped and packaged very well, had No damage at All, once I put the legs on and placed it on my stand, I removed the protective screen and everything worked perfectly.
