My new lounge chairs are great. Very easy to put together and my kids love them. We even got our lounge chairs before the arrival date.

Terrible customer service wrong product color
Clearly states gray in the title of product. Since my order it now says brown when you read the description. Company is terrible to deal with would not let me return to the store 2 miles away but wanted me to drive 45 minutes one way to send chair back fed ex. Took them two weeks to even figure it out. They only communicate with you through emails. With the suggestion of we will refund $25 of you purchase price and you can give the chair away! Thankfully Walmart itself took care of this problem. Do not go through this 3rd party, you never know what you are going to get!

    Remember things are always smaller then they appear in photos expected chair to be bigger. Otherwise everything was fine. Easy to put together and a good product

    Pluses and Minuses
    The idea is good, it appears to be durable enough to last a long time, the back positioning is good, and the color is pleasant. It is very low - too close to the floor (about 12") for anyone who struggles a bit to stand (my back and leg issues restrict its use to zero). It is stiff so needs extra padding for comfort. It creaks quite a bit as you shift your body on it. The cost is too high for the quality and usefulness. I intend to return it when I am feeling better. Advice? Don't buy a chair that you have not sat on to see if it works for you.

    Looks cute but cheap. Not comfortable. Feels like they took one of those plastic beach chairs and aged thick padding to it. Also creeks. Since I already got rid of the box I just put it in a guest room.

    A place to lay your head.
    This was easy to finish assembling when it arrived. It does fold out into a single sleeper chair which is what I was wanting for my granchildren to use when sleeping over. I will tell that the chair is really low to the ground and is not a comfortable sitting chair if that's what you plan it for. For my use it will be okay and I plan on getting a second one for the bedroom I have set up for my visiting grandchildren.

    Very uncomfortable but would work ok for a gaming or child's chair. Not good for relaxing or sleeping on.

    My grandchildren love them! They have small bedrooms so they have their beds then they don't have to move anything around close thier beds and then they have a chair to watch TV or do thier homework! Thanks WalMart you did it again!!!!

    Great idea
    It is low to the ground. Small doesn't take up much space. This chair isn't for a very tall person. My husband is 6 foot 1 and he can't use this item. It is very firm. I like that it is firm. The blue color is nice. I'm happy with the purchase.

    A great buy fot the price!
    It is true that you can feel the frame but that is easily Remedied but a cushion on top. Overall I am very pleased with this item ad I found nothing else that came close for what I wanted and it gives me another bed for my grandchildren and a comfy chair When I am not lounging in my gazebo. And the price is good and very easy to set up!
