The new pump ruins it.
I've been a dedicated user for years and I'm now changing brands because of the pump. It's the worst pump on earth. It takes 4 seconds for the pump to come back up which results in a long time to get enough soap out. It's really bad. Time to move on.

    The pump doesn't work, tried putting into a different no tears shampoo bottle and it is much too thick to work in that pump bottle. I should have stuck to my GreatValue baby shampoo it is for our Mini Schnauzer and one can't mess around with a faulty bottle.
