The Best Christmas Gift Ever.
Fantastic product. Easy to assemble and cooking/smoking is awesome. Got this for my fiancé as a Christmas present, he stated this is the best Christmas gift he has ever gotten since that one Christmas when he was 10 and got a Nintendo... lol! He now smokes everything. No complaints here!

Delivered broken, won't pick it back up.
This was delivered broken. Clearly fell off the truck and the pallet was shattered, everything inside was in pieces. I have called Walmart 5 times now to get it picked up so that I can get a new one, and every time they say someone will follow up with me in 48 hours to schedule the pickup. The customer service team at Walmart is a joke, I've wasted 4 hours now on hold with them while they do not nothing.

    Order arrived completely destroyed. Contacted Walmart and they would only give a refund, would not replace it with another. Contacted Kamado Joe and their customer service was even worse, would replace a few of the parts but did not replace the entire order. Ended up returning it to Walmart for a refund.

    Dome cracked, returned.
    Nice grill! Too bad the dome was cracked. Returned and ordered another one. No way to contact customer service. Would have been nice to be able to exchange.

    Go with the green egg not this cheap grill
    Horrible grill. Very cheaply made. Packed horribly. I provided pictures of the 3 grills so far delivered. Support for this grill is non existent w the grill company. Save your money and time. Im on my 4th attempt to get a non cracked grill.

    Don't buy! Horrible Delivery and Customer Service!
    Ordered Grill on 11/30/2021. Received completely BROKEN grill on 12/03/2021. File for replacement on 12/03/2021. Walmart picked up BROKEN grill on 12/5/2021. Still haven't received replacement on 01/10/2022. Called customer service 5 times. Unable to tell me when I will receive the replacement grill. Poor delivery service! Poor customer service! DON'T BUY! 0 Star!
