Pressure washed
Amazing customer service. Received pressure washer and began to use it same day and oil leaked out of the motor. I immediately called customer service and they gave me two options. Find a service department near Me or ship a new one. I chose to have one shipped. Received in about 4 days. Great email with instructions how to prepare it for UPS pickup which occurred the next day after I notified them that I received new unit. Pressure washer and customer service works amazing.

    Cleans everything!
    I am enjoying my Karcher 3000. I have cleaned my pool area, front sidewalk and driveway and they all look fantastic. My only small complaint (and I am sure it me because I am not mechanical in any way) is I had trouble figuring out the choke. I was not sure where to place the yellow handle. It has been by trial and error that I have it figured out now.

    Make sure you have package that goes in the box be
    Suppose to get a package of white . To cut the grass. I cant find the size. It says a size not a brand to buy. And the the size doesn't match to buy a package. I'm frustrated I cant use til I find . I'm not happy

    Too many red flags, shipping it back
    Item arrived with a hole in the side of the carton, hole in parts bag with parts scattered about in bottom of the carton. Had to rig up my own spare cotter to attach one wheel while waiting for replacement to arrive. Handle screws worked themselves loose due to vibration and damaged threads, had to order replacement screws. Also noticed one of the attachment screws to water pump very loose, tightened it up myself. Also noticing leaking oil on frame under motor near pump side, thought this may be due to overfill from Karcher oil bottle that ships with unit, but after refilling at correct level, still seeing some leakage. The motor runs strong, but at this point I am seeing entirely too many red flags for this kind of expenditure, shipping back for a refund.

    Missing parts
    I got this a week ago and when I was putting it together I found out I was missing parts. I was missing the wand and the nozzles. I called customer service and it will be at least 15 days before I get it that's if they send them.

    Poor Packaging
    I purchased the unit and it arrived when promised. However, the plastic handle for teh unit was cracked. Since there was no damage to the box I assume the damage was due to poor packaging. Have not been able to use the pressure washer while waiting for a raplacement.

    good unit, I would buy again
    had it one day, used it on siding with no detergent. fantastic. yes its true started on first pull!!! what I don't like but not bothered a lot. The gun holder (like most) is tacky. The 30 foot washer hose is made well, strong but is "challenging" to straighten out. The holder for the hose is another tacky joke. However, this 30psi unit does the job nicely. BTW. content. Karcher is a German company. The pump is probably German (not Chinese junk). The frame is Chinese. The assembly plant and engine production plant are in the Midwest. So content and labor wise, it's mostly domestic. Use your stimulus check to keep the USA workers employed!

    I received this product to try. It came partially assembled, but the owner's manual made it quite easy to put together. it really has the power it says it has. the handle bars fold down for easy storage in a small space . I've never used a pressure washer before .but this product is easy-to-use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
