Smooth and easy operation
Finally got time to use this new gadget Love it. Last time my 4 car driveway took entire day with simple pressure washer. With this, 2 hours. Very satisfied. I now see the issue folks are complaining about the nut. Yes you have to tighten it repeatedly but its not a show stopper. Would totally recommend.

Worked great the first time I used it
Surface cleaner worked great the first day, did a nice job on my deck. When I went to use it the next weekend, I could not get it to work right. It would start to run then lose power, pulsing high and low pressure. I cleaned the spray nozzles, hooked up to a different water source, no improvement. When I changed back to a regular nozzle the pressure was fine. I do not think it is the surface cleaner but an interaction with my 2650 PSI pressure washer. Have not had time to trouble shoot it yet.

    great tool works great with my 2500 psi washer. need to make people that start up can be wild if you dont subdue the tool prior to starting the washer pump. I put it under the washer while cranking the motor, otherwise the tool will attempt to go airborn.

    Much easier that simple power washing surfaces
    I have only used this once on our sidewalks but found it much easier and efficient to use than a simple power wash nozzle. A slight downward pressure on the wand is required to keep the head in contact with the surface, but a slightly longer wand should make that easier. The brush-like surround really contains the spray and I found much less disruption to surrounding areas and it also kept me drier. A good homeowner tool for sure!

    I ordered it late in the season and when I received it the weather was below 36 degrees. Therefore, I have not had an opportunity to the product yet, so I will not rate it yet. I am hoping that it will be a real good product like the Karcher Pressure Washer. So far, Karcher products have been great to use, and they last a long time. I am very pleased with what I have used to date. Also, I do believe Karcher cares about its customers and products by the way the 2 ladies helped me on separate occasions when I placed my order. Contact me when it gets warmer.

    Speedy and Easy Cleaning!
    Easy to attach the unit to the pressure washer - like changing a nozzle. The two plastic nuts attaching the sprayer assembly to the body were loose by the time my husband finished one area. Not sure if it came that way or worked its way loose but tightened it up and all was good. The 15” Surface Cleaner definitely makes quick work cleaning pavers and concrete. He was nervous thinking it would scrub the sand out of the pavers but it did not. It scrubs effectively yet gently. It's a keeper! My only wish is that it would get a little closer to the edges of walls but it definitely saves time only having to touch up these areas.

    A GREAT TIME AND LABOR SAVER
    Pressure cleaning my concrete flatwork has always been a difficult, tedious and time consuming burdensome task. I obtained the Karcher 15" Surface Cleaner in the hope that it would reduce the time and effort required. The Karcher 15” Surface Cleaner proved its worth! The Karcher 15” Surface Cleaner is constructed of a plastic housing with replaceable brush bristle type splash guard skirt that confines the spray to the body of the surface cleaner (hover-cover). Underneath, there are two nozzles mounted to a metal, rotating fixture. The top mechanical assembly for attaching the pressure washer lance is solid brass. It is equipped with a standard ¼” quick-connect fitting for the lance, and it freely rotates for elevation angle. Overall the quality of the Karcher Surface Cleaner appears to be very good. When the algae growth on my concrete driveway gets terribly bad, only the use of a turbo-nozzle will remove it. When the staining is not at its worst, the 15° or 25° pressure tips will do a decent job of removal. However, using either a turbo-nozzle or pressure tip on the large driveway, sidewalk and front walk requires a full day of very hard work. At this time, the algae growth was at a moderate level which would have required about five hours of effort just for the driveway. Once I attached the Karcher 15” Surface Cleaner to the lance and tackled the driveway I was really pleased. The Karcher 15” Surface Cleaner was more effective than a 15° pressure tip, and incredibly faster and easier. Working at the appropriate speed to allow the Karcher Surface Cleaner to do its job properly and effectively, the driveway was finished in less than two hours. This was less than half the time that would have otherwise been required, and with far less effort and back strain. I am very pleased and satisfied with the performance of the Karcher 15” Surface Cleaner, and I am glad to have this time saving and effort reducing accessory.

    A Huge Time Saver
    We borrowed one from a friend before purchasing - it is so great! So much less time and water to clean both driveway and patio. The only thing we had to do is close to the edge where the grass/concrete meet we had to use the regular attachment on the power washer. Other than that this works great!
