Great water flosser
This brand is almost identical to the one I replaced, so I am comfortable using it. It's comfortable to hold and water power at normal setting is perfect for cleaning between teeth. It works just as described. It's a great buy for the money. There's even a convenient travel pouch and several kinds of tips included. I've been using it twice a day for five days and the charge is holding well.

dead after less than 2 months
I bought this about 2 months ago. After about a month and a half, it turned itself on and off when it wanted to. My wife thought it was haunted because it turned itself on in the middle of the night! I was still able to use it after messing with it. Now it wont turn on anymore even after a full charge. Used it every day for my braces and I loved it while it worked. Contacted Keenstone customer service and they will not refund or send a replacement. Only 30 day refund policy. Just spend a little more money on a waterpik. Buyer beware

    Good product....lousy shipping
    This is a great waterpik and I like this product better than larger ones. Shipping took 10 days to arrive and they didn't bother to wrap any protection around it...just stuck it in a thin plastic bag.

    Great concept not so great water pick
    So this is a great concept easy to travel with nice looking but the angle is horrible I dont care how you try to position it water gets all over you, your mirror or ceiling pressure is so high even on soft that it almost damaged my eye on first use the only clean safe place I found to use this is in the shower that way it doesnt make a mess make sure to only use on soft Ive had mine for less then a week and am buy a counter one that actually works without shooting water everywhere disappointed in this one as I tossed my old one out after ordering this should have waited

    nice products
    I had such a difficult time flossing before I got this product. I would have to be dragged out of my bed to occasionally floss my teeth. My dental health had gotten extremely poor before I heard about this product from a friend. It has been an actual lifesaver for me, I don't find flossing to be as daunting anymore and can easily do it within a few minutes using this machine. I would highly recommend it for people lazy like myself, haha.

    Diminished pain. Portable
    I had dental work done and had a lot of pain due to spacing issue. I tried cleaning with toothbrush and floss but still felt pressure. I tried my husband's waterpik and this cleaned really well between my two teeth. On his I did not like that there was not on off switch or that it was not very portable. So I reviewed several on walmart.com. This waterpik was potable and had a switch for on off. This minimizes water getting everywhere. The cons are for me that all settings seem to pulsate rather than steady stream and due to the limited space of water reservoir it can be tricky holding the water pick to assure the hose is submerged. I found it works better to tilt your head rather than the pick. The overall concept is great and I do prefer this one to my spouses. The inflammation due to dental work and getting food stuck has greatly improved since using this. Hope this helps.

    Stopped Working After Only Two Weeks
    I received this just a couple weeks ago and now it stopped working! When I 1st got it I would have given it 5 stars because I loved it. I used it twice a day and found it easy to use, but last night out of the blue it just stopped working! It won't charge up and when you press the ON button nothing happens.

    Very good design and is easy to use.
    The design is very good. It is easy to hold. The water tank detaches easy and easy to keep it clean. The tip rotates 360 degree so that the direction can be changed easily. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because on and off button is so close to mode change button. It is easy to change the mode of speed by mistake. But apart from that, I am very happy that I purchased it.

    A devise that works.
    It functions well, it does what I expect it to do. It is also easy to use. The instructions and features for recharging are helpful. I like the lights that indicate when recharging is complete, so I don't have to disconnect prematurely or wait overtime. I appreciate the additional heads and the travel pouch. The overall design is attractive.

    Love this so far
    This is so easy to fill an empty if there is any leftover water. You simply unscrew it empty and screw it back on the bottom piece. The last one I had was so difficult to get off and hard to clean this one is really good. Great value for the price
