Great bike!
My 5 year old daughters love her new bike. It came quickly and was very easy to assemble. Overall great buy. Nice bright colors.

dont buy it
A piece of crap The front wheel is not aligned. The brake pad keeps scratching it while there is enough spaces between the wheel and the brake pad in other times. The friction constantly damages the tire and will potentially make the tire explode at some point. Returned again. Don't buy.

    Arrived with some damaged.
    Shipment was fast. Box was damaged. Seat material was definitely cheap and damaged. Because of the holidays I was unable to request a return

    Came with no pedals after I paid someone to assemble it and now they want me to bring it back in after I have been trying to keep them hidden for Christmas.

    My review is less about the bike itself and more about the customer service. It's Christmas, I ordered online for a reason. A box is much easier to hide than an already assembled bike. I'm sorry, but 11 o'clock at night is not the time to be delivering anything.

    Nice bike to transition to a two wheel
    The height is appropriate for my growing daughter. Now trying to practice without the training wheels. She was a great help for setting up the bike and she likes the streamers and the zipper bag to keep her toys.

    Cute bike but assembly not so easy.
    We still dont have the hand brake working. The instructions were not very clear as they are for several different bikes. We are wishing we had purchased it at the store rather than ordering it because they would have assembled it for free - at least it says that on the box.

    The packaging was severely damaged with huge holes in it. Also, it appears that the box was opened then taped together. I hope all the parts are included because if not this may ruin Christmas for this little girl.

    Bike showed up just like expected, nearly packaged and pretty easy to assemble. One thing that it does not come with is a kick stand so remember to order one if needed. Bikes comes with training wheel, basket and a plus is the handle bars are adjustable as your child grows.
