Great Buy
The bike was exceptional, my daughter loves it and it came pre-assembled so it wasn't hard for my husband to put it together. The colors are very pretty and Springy. IM HAPPY ABOUT IT. Lastly, it didn't take a long time for it to ship either.

Buyers beware
Package looked like it was dragged behind the truck the whole way. I had to steal parts off of a different bike just so my daughter could ride it. Missing the clamp for the seat. It had a several scratches already on it after pulling it out of what used to be a box. One spot was really bad to the point it'll rust immediately as its deep into bare metal (2nd pic). Will be contacting Walmart to see how they will handle this...hard to tell you're 7yr old we gotta take it back!

    I purchased this bike for my daughter on July 27th. She has ridden it about 6 times. It has been stored inside our garage or yard shed when not in use. sadly it already has a tear on the back of the seat.

    Dont waste your money on a Kent Bike
    This is our second bike of this model. The rear rim on the first one was bent so bad the rear tire left marks skidding on the store floor while walking the bike in for a return. The pictures attached are from the second bike after 4 days. I first inflated the tires to 50 psi which is about the middle of the 40-65 printed on the tire. Five minutes later the tire came off the rim and the inner tube was twisted and blown up like a ballon out of both the tire and rim. I deflated the tube and reinstalled tbe tire. Either the tire is too wide for the rim or the bead on the rim is so poorly made it will not hold the tire. The picture attached is the result of 40 psi and the bike sitting parked while we were taking a family photo. Good thing it was the day before the 4th and everyone was used to loud bangs. I will never waste my money on another Kent bicycle and will limp this one along until my daughter outgrows it and then give it the send off it deserves. Too bad you cant give zero stars.

    Nice bike
    The bike is very nice, but one of the pegs was missing it's threading. I talked to customer service and they rectified the problem. My 9 year old loved the bike!

    Worst service EVER!!!
    It only did the bikes did not come before Christmas, the box look like it had gone through a natural disaster to get here. The box looked like it was opened and then closed with packing tape! But the kicker was that it was missing a vital part now I cant even PUT IT TOGETHER!!!!!
