I was asked if I wanted to review the keto fast bhb. Since I have used many different keto supplements I thought I should speak up about this one with mct. Your body needs the mct in order to properly absorb the bhb in so any bhb without the mct is pointless unless youre taking the mct separately. Proper use of the bhb is to take it when starting ketosis for the first month at least. For myself Ive kept using it for a year on and off with the different brands and some work better than others. Try this one for yourself.

    Trying to reach my goal weight
    To start, Ive been trying to lose pregnancy weight for a year. All of that I havent been able to lose its an extra 30 pounds that I cant get rid of. Ive been doing modified keto with good carbs so no sugars and that, lots of whole grains and all that. I read that bhb and keto is the new way to help boost some weight loss so here I am using weight loss pills. lol. My skin feels great like never before which is an added bonus I guess and these have made it so I dont need a coffee in the morning which was really hampering my anxiety, so another bonus. So far after two months Im down 4 pounds so thats way more than Ive achieved in the last year obv with the fluctuactions and that taken into consideration. So yes, I'll def keep using these until I'm at my goal and then figure it out from there.
