We really like the coffee maker
We had bought one initially but after some time it stopped working which was sad, so we contacted with Keurig and let them know what the problem was and they shipped us the new one and it works perfectly fine!

Doesn't add up
This coffee maker suddenly reduced the amount of water passing through both the carafe and single cup options. We did all the descaling options to no avail. While doing experiments to determine how much water was being passed through for each selection, I realized the capacity of both the carafe and the water reservoir are around 8 cups. This model is advertised as 12 cup capacity. Even the features description (attached) doesn't make sense. It says carafe is 6, 8,10,12 cups but reservoir is 60 oz. Am I missing something?

It has the pause & pour feature for the carafe which I didn't expect. The carafe also keeps my coffee hot longer than I expected. When using the pod on previous machines, I had to open to reset the machine. Not with this one, even after turning it back on after it had shut off. Being able to reposition the water reservoir was huge for my counter space. Love it! If you're looking for the combo feature, this is worth the money.Tenasc

So, I ordered a new one for him and I kept the original Keurig he had received. He was delighted! He makes a full pot of coffee and takes the carafe into his home office, Now he can work with coffee refills from the carafe. So convenient! I scored too! I kept the other gift, which was the newest Keurig machine that punches 5 holes in the coffee pod. It does a much better job of brewing from the pod.nice sister

The kraft keeps the coffee hot without heating the the coffee so it brews more to make it stronger. Very sleek look and you can place the water resavor on either side or in back. Doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter.Jcap

It is the best Keurig I have had. Beautiful design and functionality. Previous duos took up a great deal of space. This coffee maker has a water reserve with the option to attach to one of three sides. Makes it easy to fit into small spaces. You can brew into a thermal carafe and it kept the coffee steaming hot after three hours. It fits perfectly into my small space. Definitely would recommend this Keurig.HBC12

I love that it is one unit that has both carafe and K-Cup. Both are easy to use and clean, plus the water reservoir is easy to take on and off and can be relocated in 3 positions. The only CON is that it would be nice to have a 4-cup position for the carafe. Also, it would be nice and a signal when coffee is done, and a warmer plate for the carafe.WeatherMike

The pods work quickly and I like being able to select the ounces rather than guessing "small, medium, large." The stainless pot also works well and holds heat for several hours - more than I expected, especially if I preheat the pot with hot water. Another feature I like is being able to select where the water tank goes (right, rear, left), so it can work in different kitchen configurations. See picture for how I've placed it in mine. Be sure to place your mug to the rear of the drip tray, and expect a few splatters. Also be sure to click the grounds basket all the way in, or the maker (neither pods nor carafe) won't brew.Unknown
