Horrible customer service by Kidcraft
Horrible purchase. Bought for Xmas present. Multiple pieces are broken. I've tried to go through Kidcraft to replace them but their website is impossible to use. One of the parts I need can't be selected and the website keeps crashing. This company is ruining my daughters Xmas

    Disappointment
    I thought this was going to be so great after all the good reviews but every level floor is warped and bubbles! And the garage door doesn't stay shut. Super disappointing with this

    Good not great but
    Overall it's a good house with plenty of space and furniture. We painted most interior walls to make it less busy. Not as sturdy as our previous Barbie scale house. Some of the boards came a little warped, but looks fine once assembled. Ken doesn't fit in the elevator. Barbie can't stand in the attic/nursery. We have several Barbie vehicles and none of them properly fit in the garage.

    i love it!
    i was so excited to order this large doll house for my 4 year old gdaughter. it arrived on time, but the box did have a rather large slice across it. when opened, nothing was damaged. i laid out all the parts in numbered piles ...everything was there! id recommend doing that so you are not disappointed when assembling the dollhouse and something is missing. My gdaughter was there during the assembly, so if we had to stop midway to order a part, im sure there would be tears...from everyone...lol. My 2 adult daughters assembled the house in about 90 minutes. we thought the instructions were pretty clear..occasionally we would hop on YouTube and actually watch where someone was putting this dollhouse together step by step...didnt do that much, but it helped. lots of doll furniture came with the dollhouse...little animals too. this house fits Barbies and the like. it is very tall..4 ft...my gdaughter uses a small step stool to reach into the babys ropm-4th floor. she is having alot of fun playing and im enjoying watching her!! i would recommend.

    This is a beautiful dollhouse made well. However 2 pieces were broken. The box was damaged on delivery since it was a Christmas gift we waited to see if there was damage.

    Great buy but count all pieces before you start
    I love the house itself. We are missing a part and the door knobs will not screw in. My daughter is my faces by any of it lol

    Will have a lot of fun, but damaged
    We bought this early for a Christmas present. My daughter will have a lot of fun with this. But we opened it up to make sure all the pieces were there and we had a damaged piece. I tried to get the extra piece through the parts department, but they are out of stock.

    Doll house is true to size
    I love the doll house it's very sturdy once out together it took 2 hours to put together it pretty tall I'm 5'7btw but I can't wait yo surprise my daughter with this

    Poor quality
    If my husband hadn't spent four hours putting the house together for my daughter's birthday the next day then we absolutely would've returned it. Things didn't align properly and it got worse and worse during construction. The garage doesn't properly attach to the rest of the house and the top floor doesn't sit in place. The cardboard walls, floors, and garage doors came with many imperfections and the floors are quickly warping. My daughter is afraid to use the elevator because it feels like it's going to break off. The plastic and wood accessories are fun but I should've purchased the Barbie dollhouse made of plastic instead of this one.
