    how can I get a refund or a new one to replace
    they did not work at all i wasted my money on this tablet you can't connect to the internet and it don't charge and it blacks out on it's own my kids never got a chance to use them because of this matter

    Piece of CRAP
    I bought 2 of these for my granddaughters for Christmas and I already took them back and received my refund.. they don't charge or can't even download anything, nor do they have any memory on them. Waste of time and money, please don't buy this..

    Very angry and disappointed
    If BB I could give no stars I would. This tablet has been plugged up since Christmas Eve and will not charge at all. I cant find any way to return it and no one has contacted me back about it. My money was wasted and i am short a gift for my granddaughter

    Won't charge fully. Bought 3 of them for my grandkids hopefully they go good for them. Very unhappy cause they are Christmas gifts......

    Used and dont work
    Ordered a pink one and blue one and they were used and had no memory left on them. They wont charge up all the way or hold a charge. Suppose to be sending me two more but different colors of course bc they were sold out of the colors I originally ordered.

    Tablet was on 74% and within maybe 10 mins it was on 2%. Downloaded ABCmouse was unable to open it and other apps I downloaded but the pre downloaded games worked
