    Very tasty dip!
    I have purchased this mix many times to make a dip for veggies. I use 16oz. sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and this mix for a great dip! Add bell pepper strips, zucchini spears, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli for a tasty alternative to salad.

    Love it! I put artichokes and 2cups water in rice cooker. Sprinkle Knorr Vegetable Soup mix over it, don't stir. Set rice cooker for rice cycle. 20 minutes and perfect artichokes!

    If you buy online, know that this is a large packet of soup mix with lots of dried veggies in it. I could not tell how large it was and so took a chance and am pleased.

    Tasty recipe mix
    This recipe mix is tasty for adding more flavor to beef roasted in crock pot. Also good to mix with sour cream for chip dip. It would be much better, if it contained less salt.
