This product is wonderful. It has cooled off over 1000 square feet of my home. This includes a living room, dining, 2 bedrooms, and kitchen on my main level. My ceiling fans in 4 of the rooms helps to circulate the air. I dont need it daily in the mountains but on 80 degree days its a lifesaver.

Very expensive but cheap material.
Before I got home I saw a box that was handled with care. So when i open and took the parts out, found a broken chip on one parts of the wall. I'm so disappointed on the delivery person that didn't take care of my package.

    Not happy.
    within 24 hours started getting a "FL" code meaning water level is full but have not been using the humidifier. Tried to empty manually, when tipped unit water was coming out other places besides the drain hole. After finished cleaning up floor plugged back in but "FL" kept coming on. Sent an email to company. I am sure I am it probably takes 24 to 48 hours for a response but that was not indicated. Unit is not cooling either.

    Thermostat isn't consistent, it is too cold
    I have owned many LG portable A/C models. Overall I like LG. The LP0721 model overall is nice. I like the dimming light feature and mine blows very cold air which is great.. The main thing is that almost no matter what temperature I set it at it cools way below. I can set it at 76F and it will cool down to 68F. But also I can set it to 77F and it could be from 68-77F.. The room is only like 250 square feet. I have never had this issue with any other model.. I am not sure if maybe the thermostat on the A/C isn't sensing the temperature, but them sometimes it seems like it does. I have reset it, I have move location on it.. same thing happens.. I have different thermometers to confirm and its like the temperature is random, but always low.. which is better than it not working for sure... But I use it in my kids room and I dont want it super cold in there. I may have to buy another model.

    Nice and Efficient Product
    I purchased the portable AC unit (LP0621WSR) about a month ago and it really does a nice job in my basement office. It was very easy to install and cools my 12'X13' office in about 15 minutes. Just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. LG products have a great product quality reputation which swayed my decision. This unit fits that mold perfectly.

    Awesome little ac unit
    It's not loud but not quiet pretty similar to any air conditioner but I love how compact it is the one I used last year was like 3x the size and I had to constantly dump water. This little machine cools my room almost too much so it would do fine in a bigger bedroom or possibly living room depending on size. Oh and the remote very convenient when you are freezing and don't want to get out of bed to turn it down

    It used to be a good brand
    I had an LG AC floor unit before still works but I bought it a few years back. This new unit worked for about a week and then it stopped working. I'm returning it. I'm glad I bought the insurance.

    Great AC for camping!
    I purchased this just for my tent for camping. I did one small cut in my tent for the exhaust. Simple set up and it works great. Before my tent was like an oven during the day, This unit cools it great. Can now enjoy my time in it no matter how hot it is outside.

    Small but mighty!
    I had another larger LG AC unit for about eight years until it finally died. I replaced it with the smaller one not knowing if it would have the same efficiency but it does and it takes up much less space. Highly recommend it!
