Order somewhere else.
Missing parts. Springs were missing didnt come with the ladder. Dont waste your time or money. You will pay for something and only get some of it.

    Hard to assemble; missing instructions.
    The "instructions" were a joke, and there weren't any for the net or ladder. Some of the pieces were difficult to connect. This is the second trampoline I've put together, and this one was so much more difficult.

    Dont waste your money, came damaged.
    My daughter was so excited to finally have a trampoline and this trampoline came with damaged poles that set up the net, no net instructions and it was a complete waste of money with zero resolution from the company or 3rd party vendor.

    it was missing items. the padding for the trampoline and the stairs. or ladder and one of the bars to make it a whole trampoline.

    Good trampoline, poorly made mesh fencing.
    The mesh fence will not zipper properly or stay zipped up. The buckles on the outside will not stay attached. Very disappointed for the money spent.

    It is amazing I can't wait to jump on it but it said it was supposed to come with ladder and it didn't and it was missing 10 springs so now we're needing to look for a place that sells some. Kinda an essential thing to leave out

    Decent trampoline for the money
    The setup was decent the construction wasnt great. There was an extra loop for a spring on the mat but no hole to or spring for it. It made it difficult to line the springs up right with the holes since there was an extra loop throwing me off. Anyways I put it together by my self in an hour and half only took so long because I thought the pad thing was on backwards but it wasnt :/. Also the legs were probably the most difficult they dont seem to lock in and theres no way to permanently attach them to the rest if the metal pieces. And now that its together the holes for the net system font face outward so that's gonna be a you know what to spin the leg bars around while its already fully assembled to line the holes up with the net legs. anyways I did my best and it seems to be in good condition. Also was a day late but I know that's the shipping and not yalls fault. Hopefully my son loves it.
