Not your granny's glider...
We bought the glider instead of the swing because we were worried about the size of the swing set. The glider is the BEST! Comfortable, and incredibly attractive! When we first opened the box, we panicked because it looked like it was going to be really hard to assemble. But it was easy (after first putting together two of the company's rockers.) These are large pieces, and add just the right touch of rustic charm by our mountain cabin.

It's cute!
Would recommend it only with true facts about size. That is my biggest disappointment. I ordered it because it stated the seat was 5' and this is not even 4' - it's 3'5". Hope what they say about the cracks is true because every piece has at least one. However it is very cute! Grandkids love it.

    Remarkably Sturdy and Attractive
    I bought two of these and they are ideal for the cozy outdoor "living room" space I have under some trees in the corner of my Cape Cod yard. I'm debating whether to seal them with something to extend their life a bit, or let them weather down to gray, like the shingles on all our houses here. Assembly was a breeze, primarily because after seeing some youtube assembly videos I knew I didn't have the right drill bit, nor the strength to do it myself, so I hired out my neighbor to do it and he had no problem. The four large boxes (two per chair) arrived in good condition. Most important, the chairs are extremely sold and sturdy and they look more expensive than they are. My only complaint, which is minor, is that they don't glide by much. I'd say they glide back and forth no more than a couple of inches. I suppose the swing version would provide more movement but I didn't want to deal with the giant frame. I'm very, VERY happy with them overall.

    Loveseat with a glide
    Assembled the love seat then moved on to this piece. It was very simple. It would have taken a few less minutes to assemble if I had an extra set of hands to hold it up while I did the glide bars, but I propped it up in a brick and it worked fine. Work smarter not harder! Took no more than 30 minutes to assemble. Goes fast with power screw driver, pre drilling some holes and socket set. Dont be afraid to really bang it with the rubber mallet.

    Looks wonderful on my front porch.
    This is a very nice glider. Only problems we had were with the instructions. They are not very clear. We did need to use some wood filler, as there are cracks in some of the wood pieces and also sand it. It is very natural wood, with all the imperfections of a rustic piece, which we did not mind. My husband has also put a water sealer on it to protect it.

    ALMOST everything I expected.
    Don't get me wrong, I love my seat! I am a little upset with the instructions not being more clear(add more pictures please). I also am a little upset with how the wood looks to be severely split in some places and how rough it is! Granted it is an easy Sandpaper fix but who wants to have to do that once they put it all together? Also, it does not glide like I was hoping it would, but it will do! :)

    Pretty Glider
    We love the glider love seat. My husband and I are a little on the big side and we fit perfectly and comfortably. We even out cushions on it. It's really pretty and matches are deck very well. Definitely makes the deck look amazing! Now, I can have some get together and have a nice glider for guests to sit on. =)

    Great purchase!
    Ordered at first of week, delivered by Friday. Directions could be a bit better, but not too bad, just keep referring to them as you go. I assembled it by myself in about two hours but I went slow and careful. Note that not all holes are predrilled but that was not a problem as the screws sank right in using a drill and screw bit. We are completely happy with our purchase!

    I would recommend this to friends.
    A electric drill or electric screw driver makes it alot easier to assemble. A 3/8 inch socket is also needed which is not in the instructions. Time to assemble was right on the mark about 90 minutes. The last steps makes it easier to finish if you have two people.
