Highly recommended
Love the style and the fact it has a thermostat. Fits right up against any wall and is out of the way. I added a small 380 sq. foot room to my house but didn't extend the central air/heat and this heater keeps it warm and toasty. An excellent purchase.

Don't waste your money.
Barely lasted 3 months. Was used February and March of last year, tried to use in December and it doesn't work any more.

    Lasko's Got Much Better Heaters than this model
    I have liked Lasko's other heaters but this unit falls short in design, size and air circulation. More importantly, after about 1/2 hour of use the undersized plug and power cord get scorching hot. You need to protect your fingers if you handle these, Reported the problem to Lasko and was rebuffed. I have PhD in electrical engineering and the factory rep tried to teach me that the unit was O-K. This unit draws a heavy current & the power plug etc is what is appropriate for a clock radio; not a heater. Other Lasko heaters are half the size and deliver the same heat. This unit focuses the heat straight ahead but can be set to low front, center front or high front. The box claims full room distribution but that is untrue.

    Lasko ceramic heater
    using in a 600 sq ft home. Temps fell to teens and only had this heater and it kept entire place warm and did not run constantly. set it on 75 degrees. Love it!

    Lasko Cyclonic Digital Ceramic Heater
    I loved this heater so much that I bought two more as gifts for family members. It does a very good job of warming up a room, and the unit itself doesn't get hot to the touch so it's safe around kids/pets. It also is lightweight, so it's easy to move around. The heater has a high and low setting, temp settings, fan direction switch, and the display has the temp of the room. Very easy for my elderly mother to understand.

    Heater for garage
    We have a 2 car garage that has insulation but not heated. We purchased this heater and its working wonderfully! It's nice size and has a timer and a setting to set the temperature, this is great because once the garage gets to the desired temperature it shuts off. Have not seen any increase in our electric bill.

    Dad likes it!
    Bought it for my dad. He's kinda picky, but Lasko is a name I trust, so I really wanted it for him. Right out the box it performed great, and we've had it for about two weeks and he hasn't complained. It's reasonably priced and I ordered online and picked up in store. The transaction went smoothly; very pleased!

    Really good heater!
    Our home has a bathroom with a cathedral ceiling and skylights. The goof who built this as an addition did not put heat in the bathroom but when he learned that I was interested in the house and had children, he added a small baseboard electric heater. Didn't do much so over the years I have had electric radiators with oil in them to heat the bathroom. It took a long time to heat. My son had this heater for his bedroom and we tried it in the bathroom and it was awesome! Heated the bathroom very, very well...and very fast...so I don't have to have it run for hours...just a few minutes....and then the adjustable temperature can be cut back as per your comfort. So I bought this heater for myself and actually was extra pleased to get it for $54 on a good online sale price. WELL worth the money in my opinion.
