My Favorite Lean Cuisine
I love eating the 5 cheese riggis for dinner when the rest of the house is out of town. Make a piece of garlic bread and some green beans, you have a full meal. The portion size is a little closer to a lunch portion, but I don't mind. (More room for wine!) The sauce is good, the cheese doesn't taste super fake, and the noodles are always cooked nicely.

So disapointed
I am a long time fan of Lean Cuisines and I had high hopes for this one. As soon as I took it out of the box I knew it wasn't going to be good. The "sauce" was practically non existent and the pasta floated in water. There was no cheese to speak of either! It was nothing more then a container of pasta. I could not finish it.

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/12/2021Recipe has had an obvious changeI have loved this favorite for years. Recently, there is a noticeable change to either the type of volume of cheese added to the sauce in this receipe. It used to be a creamy, cheesy "baked ziti" consistency. It now resembles a plain ziti in red sauce, with a slight hint of cheese. VERY DISAPPOINTINGSad Lisa

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/24/2021Not enough sauceThis is always been one of my favs until the last one I bought. There was hardly any sauce so by the time you cooked it the second time after stirring the pasta was hard. Maybe it's just a fluke or someone wasn't paying attention. If indeed they changed the recipe I will not be buying again.Kathy Y

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/13/2021Left me with a powdered onion taste all dayGood things are that it's a pretty good sized portion for a man's lunch, and the sauce to noodle to cheese ratio is good, the noodles get nice and soft while still being large and slightly chewy the way you want, so it's pretty good actually. But the tomato sauce has way too much powdered onion or garlic in it that I kept burping on conference calls all afternoon after lunch. Would eat again if on a stranded island with a microwave, won't buy again with a choice. If you're at all allergic to onion or garlic (you burp them for hours after eating) then skip this one. :)Fatboyslim2020

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/21/2020Not happy with this anymoreI used to eat this all the time and loved it. The past few times I've had it, it had almost no cheese. I made one tonight that had zero cheese. I threw it away.r299

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/28/2020One of the BestThis is simple, rigatoni, very small amount of cheese, and some tomato sauce, but is one of my favorites. The texture of the rigatoni is good, and with some parmesan cheese and pepper, it is better.Susan21

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/17/2016change in sauce?I have been puchasing this for over 6 months now and it seemed that this package lacked the flavor that I ususally get with this. Maybe it was the lack of sauce on the noodles this time...I will try it again to see if the recipe changed or it was a fluke.partsgirl54

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/06/2014Ok, but...This is just "ok".... HOWEVER I find that this product is similar to Smart Ones Three Cheese Ziti Marinara which is cheaper and tastes better. So compared head to head, I'd take that one over this one. But this one does taste ok. It's flavor is just less rich and hearty in my opinion. I do like most Lean Cuisine items, but in this instance I'd steer you to the Smart One's as the superior product.JKT1832
