Good product
Bought the green one for my son when he got his Leappad2 several months ago and my daughter loved it so much that we bought her, her own Leappad 2 so they wouldn't fight over the one. I thought the gel skin worked really well on our 1st one, fits nice & snug, and is a nice no-slip rubber so I got the purple (my daughter's favorite color, but you can also find a neon pink) and it's definitely a great addition to the Leappad 2. Just as specifics this is a nice partially see through purple w/ glitter.

it fits!
this gelskin fits just right on the leappad2 and gives us some peace of mind when it gets dropped. i also can fit an emf shield under it to help protect my kid from the electricity...an extra plus! one thing i wonder is if long term this thing will get stretched out from having to stretch it on and off the leappad when changing batteries. so far so good! but it's pretty new.

    Awesome! The LeapPad2 Gel Skin is durable & easy to clean, with a snug fit. I would've thought LeapFrog to make a thicker cover to absorb more impact, for toddlers. Even at that, a great product.

    I got this for my son's leap pad 2. He is four so I'm pretty sure he will be dropping it some. I like this skin cause it gives it some protection. It is a pain to have to take it off and on again to change the batteries. But worth it in the end if it'll help when he drops it.

    Much better for the Leap pad 2
    We had the gel skin for our first leap pad but I never used it. I hated that I had to take it off all the time when I had to charge the batteries. We have the battery pack for the leap pad 2...use the gel skin all the time. Amazed that this one as much as it gets dropped doesn't have all the dings! I no longer have to remove it to charge the leap pad...highly recommend if you have the battery pack...if not...might be a tad inconvenient having to remove it all the time
