Good quality for the money.
shipping was slowed with covid-19, but worth the wait. It was package with more care than a new one usually gets I believe. This was purchased for school, for my oldest. Last year she had a laptop and she decided that she rather a desktop. It came with everything it said it would and setup was pretty easy. So far The only thing I'd change is I wish it had the camera in the monitor, but I just purchased one to put on it. Definitely would buy another one if any of my other computers poop out.

All scratched up. The monitor was a HP and the processor was a Lenovo. It was not wireless. Wanted me to connect to a dial up. I was not able to use the computer because I had no internet. Hated it and it was a waste of my time to return to the store. COVID ... that's why I had it delivered.

    it works good so far! it came earlier than expected. the monitor is a different brand than pictured, but i haven't had any issues yet. it's a good computer for its price.

    COMPUTER ARRIVED INFECTED!!!
    I checked out this computer when it arrived and found numerous malware infections, each dated as to when the infection occurred. The dates went back several months before I even saw the ad for the thing. They did not refurbish anything.

    Crashed after 7 months of use. Hard drive failure. Would cost more to fix than I paid for it. Waste of money. Spend more money because this will not last long at all.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! Received the computer and put everything together and nothing will turn on. I should have know when I noticed after 5 days the order was still being processed that this was going to be a messy situation. Once I processed a cancellation of my order a few hours later it says it has been shipped so I had to wait till I received the computer to find out not only was it delayed processing it was a computer that don't work. I've ordered refurbished electronic devices from else where and have never dealt with anything this bad ever. And to top it off I didn't receive the mouse that was suppose to come with it.

    nice for the price
    the computer set up was easy even without manual. it came with 3 cords but 1 wasn't the cord to connect monitor to the tower. luckily I had a cord here already.

    Ok for the price!!!
    Came damage. Like severely damaged. Like someone dropped the box in was in. The corner of the tower is cracked open and dented in at the same time, leaving a gaping hole where the corner near the power button should be. Even though the computer is cosmetically damaged, it is internally outstanding. Easy set-ups, up to date software, antivirus, and technical support all included. That being said, I decided to tape the corner with black electrical tape and call it a day. Why??? Im not interested in going back and forth with the seller for a replacement considering I did not cause the damage and dont know exactly when or where it happens. Nor would I like to wait on a replacement which would require my return first; too much wasted time when its able to complete every function I task it with ease. Soooo, if youre looking for a shiny new matching computer set, this is not for you. If you dont mind a few dents and scratches, the price is right.
