Excellent customer service
I was having a hard time finding a replacement fin and handle for my board. I reached out to customer service and they were outstanding at getting me taken care of extremely fast. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a SUP.

Damaged items still not replaced
I don't really know how to review the paddle board itself as I still have not received one. Well, technically that is t true. I received a damaged board about a month after I ordered. It was returned and I was told a new one would be shipped out ASAP but now it's a month after the return and my new board has not shipped. Customer service on the shippers end and Walmart had me going in circles so I ended up canceling my order. Hoping to see my refund in my account soon.

    Replacement Rudders
    I have had my two paddleboards for approximately 4 years and they have held up great! I somehow lost a rudder and emailed support. Received a reply last night that they would respond today and they did. My new rudder is on the way at no charge. I did expect to pay for it and would have been happy to do so.

    Sturdy and stable fun!
    I had an inflatable paddleboard that popped. I like the construction of this plastic one so much better. Its wider so it is much more stable. I can comfortably take my dog on with me without always feeling where going to fall off from his movements. The carry handle in the middle makes it easier to carry even though it does weigh a little more than typical boards. The fins fold up for storage without having to take them all the way off so theres no risk of misplacing then which is also a nice feature. The freight shipping was also quick and very reasonably priced compared to other retailers. Lifetime makes really good quality outdoor toys. I would definitely recommend this paddle board.

    I had lost 2 out of 3 plugs when I put my sup in the water this season. After trying to research the parts on my own, I reached out to the company to guide me to the correct pieces. They sent me 2 sets of replacement plugs for free. Looking forward to receiving them and getting back on my board. Awesome service!

    Not happy
    As soon as we opened the box we discovered multiple bubbles in the padding. Some were large and a few were small. Nonetheless I did not want that board due to the possibility of the padding getting holes where each of the bubbles were located. Lifetime was only going to send new padding for me to have to deal with.

    Would I purchase if I could do it all over again?
    Pros: I bought this Paddle Board about a year ago. Once you get it to the water, it is a blast. There's nothing like being on a paddleboard on a glassy lake, while it's raining, with a friend, a GoPro camera, music, and some snacks. Get yourself a waterproof bag and speaker, this board has plenty of space to put them on there. Go out there and have a great time. Jump off the board, tan on it, walk on water (it'll seem that way). The board is extremely durable also. It'll scratch but I don't think the board itself will every crack under normal conditions. The durability is a big plus. I love not having to worry about how I load it or where I leave it in storage, this thing is tough. Cons: But with durability comes a cost — the board is heavy and since it is also large, carrying it is uncomfortable. And unless you rock climb and have very grippy fingers, the little handle in the middle does not provide enough space to carry the board comfortably on your own. They created three ridges or lines in the middle handle to provide grip (which helps) but these ridges tear up water-softened and sensitive fingers. Another inconvenience are the holes in the board where the water comes in and out. After each session, you have to hold the board upside down holding it form the back end to let the water come out of the front hole until the it stops leaking. If you don't let the water come out, the board will be heavier to carry back. It's burdensome. Are they there for buoyancy? I am not sure. But I try to see the emptying of water as therapeutic since it takes the time it takes more bearable. Tip: As you're enjoying a day on the water, watch out for low water and rocks because the fins will hit. Last thing you want is to come out of the water realizing you lost a fin (the fins are pretty tough though). So, all in all, if you are borrowing this board from a friend who already lugged it to the lake and will lug it back, you will happily give this board five stars. But because I own the board and know the hassle and inconvenience of transport, I cannot do five stars. I would not purchase this product had I known how the transporting of it can really kill a relaxed mood. But I should've known, I suppose this is how most plastic paddle boards are. How will LIFETIME differentiate from their competition and create a better customer experience? I have my own ideas, like to include a bundled discount price if you purchase a paddle board carrier (the ones with wheels) with the purchase of a board, but that's up to them. I really do enjoy the board but will eventually opt for a lighter one, probably foam.

    Perfect board for my tween. She can maneuver it and plenty of space for herself, her little sister, and another friend to ride on it. I've used it a little bit myself and it's great for an adult, too.

    I'm so happy I decided on a hard shell SUP. No prep work needed for launching, just grab and go. Cuts through the water nicely. Easy to clean too.
