Awesome Paddleboard, Our Kids Love It!
I really like this paddleboard! This is perfect for our kids and they have enjoyed learning to use it. The board is slim and really easy to carry down to the water using the handles on the bottom of the board. The handles did tend to get slippery when wet so maybe let the board dry or dry off the handles before carrying it back to the car. I love the size of this board. It slides in between the seats of our van. It also fits in my car with the passenger seat folded down. It takes up very little room in our garage. I was really impressed by how stable it is with the kids on the board. They were standing up and kneeling down and moving around on the board and they never tipped it over. I am a big fan of the retractable fin. It neatly tucks away for storage or transportation. This is a great board and my experience with other Lifetime Products has proven that we have many years of paddleboarding to come with this board! We will see you on the water!

Unstable and difficult to carry.
The SUP is extremely unstable. The two molded in carry handles on the underside are useless; there is only one handle on the top, so I added another one to the leash attachment point, so that I could at least get it to the water. I will be returning it.

    Great board and awesome company
    I got this board a week ago and was excited to hit the water. I'm not familiar with paddle boards and it was only after I got it home I realized the board was missing the retractable fin. I contacted the company and was going to purchase the item because I felt it was my own fault, as I should of noticed. Customer service sent me a new one under warranty and it fit perfectly. And I still time in the season to take the board out too!

    great costumer service and product
    baught a hooligan board less then a year ago and only gotten to use it 5 times and while i was paddleing out in the middle of the lake the paddle bent backwards and i could barley make it back to the shore. i called costumer service and even tho my warranty was up on the item they were happy to help with the circumstances of the situation and replaced the paddle for me. I didn't expect that but was super happy and made my day. also the costumer service representative was very nice to me and spoke very respectfully and mannered wich was also very nice with all the anger in this world right now it's nice to speak without being yelled at or being treated badly. we have baught many lifetime products and love them all as well!!!

    Amazing customer support
    I bought three Lifetime paddle boards from a neighbor who was moving away from our lakeside neighborhood. Unfortunately they were missing the little captive drain plugs and had quite a bit of water in them. I called Lifetime customer service and after a short chat, the agent took my info and is sending out three replacement plugs. The paddle boards have been well used and enjoyed by our neighbors children and their friends and we wanted them for our grandchildren to enjoy when they are here. I don't know if these boards are in warranty; the stickers with identifying numbers had long ago been rubbed off by use, sun, and sand. My professional and academic background is in building customer loyalty through excellent service and support. The service and interaction was beyond what I expected, and can be hard to find. Well done to Lifetime!!

    Love this board! I'm 66, and it's small and light enough for me to handle by myself. Fits in my car - no roof rack! No fussing with inflating it, no puncture worries. I'm just at the weight limit and it's fine, but a small board requires good balance for adult riders.

    Not good at all. Weight limit is not accurate, I would say it is more 100 pound weight limit than 130. Also there is no handle so it is very awkward to carry and handle.

    Paddle board is sturdy, fun, and stable (non-tilting in water). Pretty good value for the price. However, the grey and white skin for standing on had a couple of 2-inch bubbles in it, and the paddle broke in the first hour of use.
