Amazing Customer Support
I have a number of LT products which I feel are very well designed and built. Unfortunately, had some recent issues with 1 of my 2 convertible benches. I took pix and sent in with description of problem. A few days later I get an email confirming I'll be receiving the 2 parts broken and reminding 2 which may be suspect. No hassles and not even a call to haggle anything. That is exceptional Ethical & Professional PR one seldom experiences or even hears of. KUDOS and I will continue with more purchases of their products. And Highly recommend such to others on the fence!

A replacement slat would be nice.
I really like the bench. It came damaged and lifetime says all replacement parts on back order. Gorilla Glue and a few pillows it is.

    Repair or replace?
    Received the bench but didn't open it for several days. The box looked to be in good condition considering the weight. I opened the box today to put it together and found that the bench is damaged with a crack to one of the slates. I was bummed out. Not sure if Walmart will just replace the one piece. I fear someone will tear clothes on it.

    Solid and looks great
    I just received this bench so can't say more than first impressions. I have a very long deck and porch that is only 6 feet wide. This bench is perfect for my outdoor eating needs. Love how it looks and fits in narrow space. Very solid metal frame and plastic wood should last for years. Very attractive -I ordered the natural wood color with brown frame. It's great. I did have one board that arrived damaged. One call to Lifetime and a new board was sent FedEx immediately. Great customer service. Very happy in every way.

    Beautiful tables
    The tables are so well constructed and very sturdy and user-friendly. They were time consuming to put together. They are very easy to get in and out of and we love the fact that they convert to benches. We purchased these for use in a picnic pavilion at a small mountain resort.

    Building tip!
    We bought 4 of these benches for a new deck we are building. They are made of sturdy metal and, as advertised are easy to change from bench to table top. I built them by myself and I was having difficulty installing the bolts under the bench seat and table top/bench back. However, I realized that you could “tip” the bench on it's side and get full visibility to the “holes” for these bolts (see picture). With this tip (sorry for the Dad joke)...I was able to build the second bench in less than 1 hour.

    Bench & table all in one!
    We originally purchased this for my 85 year old Mother whom was living with us. She used it everyday, as a seat, and was able to easily convert it to a table by herself! Years later, when Mom was gone, we moved and a few slats were broken in the move. I contacted this company expecting to have to purchase these 2 slats myself. I received an email telling me these slats were on their way. For free! Wow! This is truly a LIFETIME product! Note- this happened while we were all on lockdown from the Pandemic! Yes, I will continue to purchase LIFETIME products!
