We add this in making fresh hamburgers for the grill and the taste is delicious. You don't need to add all that salt because this mix gives it texture and flavor.

Magnanimous-just say no!
This came weeks after my order and though I ordered 6 packs for a price it showed up as 2 for $6- then only came in a package of 1 box. Dont waste your time or money on this!

    Many uses for this great onion soup mix.
    Love this stuff. It's so versatile in cooking different recipes. One of my favorite is to add it to 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, add pepper to taste, blend and pour over a beef roast in slow cooker for 6 hours, shred meat and place back into cooker for about 15 minutes to soak up flavor. Spoon over mashed potatoes. Delicious! And it still makes the most loved dip I know of.

    Rub it on pork.
    Have always used this on pork, rub it on and cook in oven. I'm sure there's more to using it, especially in dips which I haven't tried, yet.

    Onion soup. Keep some on hand.
    Great onion soup mix. Mix it with ground meat for a tasty meatloaf. Mix it with mushroom soup for a stroganoff gravy (add sour cream just before serving.) Mix it with IMO or sour cream for a party dip. You can even make soup out of it. I love this stuff.
