Out of 10, I would give this product an 8.
The instruction went well until we attached the light housing. The light housing shakes. Otherwise, the unit it's self is very nice. The delivery was great, ahead of expected delivery date.

    For the money, you can't beat it.
    I've installed quite a few ceiling fans. This was fairly difficult and tested my patience but got it done. The instructions are a bit lacking. My installation required the drop down and balancing the fan took quite some time. That said, it's silent. The single led is a bummer. For the money, you can't beat it.
