We purchased this for our 20 month old for Christmas because it seemed like a great deal for $50. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. It's very poorly made. My 20 month old is bigger than the slide so it's not fun for him at all and he can literally push the whole climber fairly easy around the house because it's so light and again, poorly made. I think maybe for a one year old, this'll be fun but upgrade to a step 2 or even 3 if you have an almost 2 year old.
