I bought this for my grandson's 9th Birthday, but he can't get it around his wrist, the watch is much more for a toddler than a youth so I had to take it back to the store for a refund

I'm not happy with delivery.
I ordered online and it came DELIVERED in a PLASTIC WALMART BAG.. yes you read right. Not to mention it was dropped off by a woman in regular clothes. Also the label didnt even have my address on it. I didn't open the actual box to see if it works because it's a gift. I'm not happy at all. So I dont know if the watch actually works. I guess I have to wait until Christmas to find out. Unless I return it which will be another process that could've been avoided.

    Good watch but they need to revisea a few things
    It works super cute. Games texting emojis to other watches. Pictures ect all super cute. I just have 2 issues. The middle button is so hard to press for on and off. My 6

    Hello, I am using the firmware software to try and update my children's watches and it's giving me an error: "the underlying connection was closed. an unexpected error occured on send" when the program is attempting to download the update. Please advise.

    Not so good..!!
    Definitely not for small kids under age of 10 years due to its huge size. Operating button is the hardest things for the thing to press and also its positioned wrongly and hard to reach by tiny fingers. It came with two types of wearings, stand cover and wrist belt and the funny part it the kinds can't swap them by self, its pretty hard to remove and put another one..if you force to remove its simply tearing off..!! Definitely not happy with design and material, But it has got more features then a regular smart kids smart watch, more learning math games etc...

    My daughter wanted this watch because she saw it on Youtube. Until she realized these little arms come out when it gets mad. It spooked her so we returned it.

    There were no detailed instructions on how to operate everything. once we did figure it out we used it for our 6 year old, to start being aware of the time. He also found match games.

    this is okay....games aren't the greatest
    My 7 year old wanted this so bad. She got it for Christmas and was a little disappointed with it bc the games are not that fun and it's somewhat hard to figure out. The only thing she has been excited about is the pedometer...ha! She wants to get all her steps in.

    Very disappointed in Walmart!!! Beware!!
    The watch itself is very fun for kids, however, when getting it set up for my daughter on Christmas morning, I realized it had been returned because there were pictures and videos from another child. Very, very concerning and frustrating because the box has already been tossed. Not sure how in the world this could happen, but will be checking items purchased from Walmart very, very closely.
