    Damaged.
    The fryer came and when unpacking the side of the stand was dented in. Also had to go back and tighten ALL the screws because some fell out while unpacking. The fryer and items look sturdy but expect damage, should have listened to other reviews.

    Works great!
    The package arrived on time and in great condition. All parts were included and no damage was done. This is the second turkey fryer we've owned. We bought a new one because we needed something larger for our seafood boil dinners. This worked perfectly for boiling up crab legs, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage. We had seven people but it would've held enough for 12. The base and pot are very sturdy so we had no concerns about it tipping over. The propane tank is very easy to connect, with enough "hose line" where it isn't a struggle. Overall we are very happy with this and glad we made the purchase.

    Missing parts
    Received fryer but parts were missing. Call customer service to get missing parts but was told I had to do full return. It's to inconvenient to do return. Printing my own label and trying to get it returned is a hassle.

    The whole system was much easier to use than the previous turkey fryer of a better known brand. The usage of the basket is optional and depending on the size of your turkey, you may want to opt out of using it and just put it into the peanut oil. We love the auto function that it has and the safety of knowing it has a controlled temperature. Well worth the cost!

    Do not waste your time and money
    Terrible piece of crap. The pot came dented and the lid was bent, and the valves for the propane tank were not functioning properly.
