Great Video Camera
I'm new to buying video cameras and this one had caught my eye because of the Megapixels the camera has. After plugging it in the picture is really clear. I haven't tried the built in microphone but have had a couple of my friends ask what camera I was using. This camera definitely delivers the bang for the buck!

Received webcam that had been return for not working by someone else. the previous customer had inserted a copy of their email in the package. when i complained to the seller, they offered me $20 refund and keep the non-op webcam. why would i want to lose money over a camera that doesn't work? Poor quality control, awful customer service.

    I bought this as a gift for XMAS and it came in a plastic bag (no box) and probably refurbished. The ad made me think it was new. Very disappointed as I had to purchase another one from a different seller which came in a new sealed box.

    Camera fine/purchase experience less fine
    I was quite shocked and dismayed to receive this item, purchased from Walmart but apparently provided by third-party vendor Buydeaks, with absolutely NO packaging apart from the protective bubble wrap and envelope. There was no box, no company (Logitech)/logo information, no instructions or user manual, no warranty information, and basically nothing to indicate that this was a brand new, unused item. I had to spend considerable time online researching startup details, software download, etc. This is one of the strangest tech purchases I have ever made. Buydeals provided only an email address to write to if I had any questions. I wrote yesterday afternoon but as of this morning have not heard back. Seems like Walmart and Logitech need to maintain better control over the quality of their fulfillment vendors. Now that I have it set up, I think I would probably recommend the item but perhaps recommend purchasing it elsewhere.

    Auto Focus feature cannot be turned off.
    The auto focus feature on the webcam is nice, but it does not have a setting associated with it. If you have background stuff like a cat etc, it can detract from your face and you can't tell it to stay on one focus. Overall very nice quality and certainly what I needed. Kind of wish it didn't prefer my cat messing around over my face, hahah. :)

    Did not use. My laptop was fixed. Camera works fine now. Problem was the operating system was changed and the camera software did no update successfully. Needed to erase video software and reboot laptop and automatically updated on reboot. Purchase only at last option.

    Really Decent Webcam
    I have been waiting for this (to buy) webcam since March. Due to the sudden demand of webcams in both the public and private sectors. The C920 does everything described. The auto focus easily adjusted when I moved closer or away from the cam. The color

    Fantastic for OBS
    I used it for green screen streaming with OBS, here's the quality with the right lighting, I don't know about the mic because I use my own!

    Excellent Webcam
    Another good experience with another Logitech product; camera has a stylish design with an internal microphone, and solid, heavy construction with several location options due to it's clever flexible mounting base. The USB cable is heavy gauge and has a good length (approximately 6+ feet). The packaging included only a few slips of paper, but once plugged in it was immediately detected by Windows, and the installer launched and downloaded the necessary software (can also be manually downloaded from Logitech). Setup was a cinch, and I had it up and running, playing with the settings, zoom and auto-focus, etc in no time. A+, no problems what-so-ever.

    LOVE the Logitech C920 Webcam!
    The Logitech C920 webcam is totally excellent! LOVE the ease of taking photos, and recording...the lighting and sound quality is very nice. I'm looking forward to going LIVE with the webcam on Facebook and YouTube, when I download the OBS software, which is free. The only thing that bothers me is the the webcam is much higher in price from Walmart, than Amazon. :(.
