Good bed and sleeping better
I weigh around 150 pounds and it sleeps comfortably for me and I sleep on my side. I think I would like to get a topper when I can just for extra soft support on my hips but I'm really happy with the mattress and I've been able to sleep much better (I was sleeping on the floor before). I think if you're used to nicer mattresses you may not like it but if you don't have money for a mattress and just need a place to put your head, or a kids bed, this will do nicely. It also did get to a height of 6 inches. Mattress shopping was more stressful than I imagined I hope this review can help!

Very disappointed
It has been a week now since we received our mattress and set it up. It made some progress after 24 hours. After 48 hours it still wasn't done rising. After 72 hours it still looked the way it did at the 48 hour mark. I looked up Lucids FAQ page and did everything it stated to do. It has a sag in the middle of the bed and the middle of the bed has not risen after a week. This is incredibly disappointing. I know it has everything to do with the way it was packaged and shipped. I understand that is the easiest way to ship a king size memory foam mattress, but it has come at a unfortunate cost for me. Very very disappointed. Would not recommend.

    Unusable Mattress and Horrible Customer Service
    Queen mattress is curled up 9 inches from the frame on both sides at the bottom. Completely unacceptable. Lucid has terrible customer service! Takes them weeks to respond to a warranty claim with pictures showing a defective product and they refuse to do anything other than say to return it to Walmart. If I had a vehicle capable of transporting a mattress, I wouldn't have bought a bed in a box. A complete waste of time and money and no help from Lucid. They have not honored their warranty. After multiple attempts to resolve with Lucid their only answers are rent a truck to exchange it at Walmart, or try to heat it with a blow dryer and reshape it.

    Massive disappointment
    I bought one two years ago and it was already sinking in. Fine. I bought another one 2 months ago. It never fully inflated. Retuned it and bought another one. I'll be returning that one for the same problem. It's been two weeks and it's still not even close. Had it sitting in the middle of my living room for over a week.

    I keep telling myself to stop buying anything online from Walmart. The quality of the product is vastly different when its delivered vs an in-store item. I just recieved my mattress and the bag was ripped, the mattress is torn and it's dirty in some spots. I'm letting it expand and will most likely get a mattress cover. I'll post an update after 3 days of expanding! i currently have a 14" lucid medium plush that I got from amazon and it's too soft so hopefully this will be the firm I need. the best lucid mattress was a 12" medium firm, 2019 model from Amazon that was discontinued. I have it in another room and wanted one for the primary room. we'll see.

    Zero Complaints!
    I LOVEEEEE IT!! It sleeps so good! I bought this on Friday March 17 and it arrived Sunday March 19th. I waited to give my review until actually using it and sleeping on it. It’s the perfect balance of soft and firm for me and it expanded to its full height in minutes! And if you’re curious there was no weird smell, which is always a plus!!! I also bought the bed frame from Walmart and it’s PERFECT!!! I assembled it myself and there were no missing parts and the instructions were easy to follow. My cousin and I put it together in 1.5 hours. Walmart is my new home goods store!

    NOT HAPPY
    This mattress did not expand correctly and not 10” it is only 7” at his highest point which is the center. The corners didn't even expand out. It's been expanding for 5 days now. We heated the room up and crawled then walked on it to try and break the gel up as suggested in other reviews. Nothing worked. Very disappointed. Would like a refund.

    Don’t waste your money!
    This mattress is horrible. It offers no back support. Though it is listed as firm, it is not. While it’s normal for memory foam to contour to your body, this one doesn’t, it just sinks. It’s like sleeping on a curve. It causes severe back pain. It’s more difficult to show how it sinks when laying down, but I’ve attached images of what it does even just sitting on it. I reached out to the company -LUCID- and they offered no assistance, claiming that “comfort was not a defect” and softening was normal, as if I didn’t understand how memory foam should work. I do not recommend purchasing this mattress.

    Does not fill out properly
    Very dissatisfied! I use these type of mattresses for rentals, and change them out often. I put this one in one of our rentals in September. It’s now December, and I am currently working on this rental between tenants. The mattress, 3 months later is still NOT fully inflated.

    Foam did not fully expand
    I like the quality of the foam. The only problem is it did NOT FULLY EXPAND. The 4 edges did not expand although we left if for more than 48 hrs!!! So this product only gets 3 stars from me.

    Came with stain
    Came damaged box was torn and had a huge spot on it . Call customer care they told me I had to package it up and send it back and when they receive it they will send out a replacement . So I guess I have to sleep on the floor till then ?

    Wow!
    I bought this for my 10 year old. I really wasn't expecting it to be this big and it's definitely thick! It is quite plush and a bit firm but more like a medium firmness. It fully expanded within a few hours. No odor! We just got it today so I'm not sure how good it will hold up but it does seem like great quality. I'm satisfied and definitely happy for the price we paid.
