Amazing bike for price
Bought this for 16 year old and he loves it. I test rode it and it's very smooth although needs a wider seat but what bike doesn't. I have no complaints on the bike and it arrived super quick!

Problems. Buyer beware.
For the price, we have had nothing but problems. Upon assembly, the front wheel will not fully tighten and the steering is loose. We have yet to be able to get the manufacturer to respond (even though there should be a 1-year warranty and I would have returned this bike). We have attempted multiple times with the manufacturer. Had to file a claim through Walmart (paid for a 3-year plan) which is refusing the claim because it seems the bike was already damaged upon delivery. Normal riding for the past 3 weeks has caused the brake pad to fall off and the kickstand to break as well. This is a terrible experience and now nearly $800 later we have a bike no one wants to cover under warranty coverage.

    Handle bar and bike frame doesn't match well.
    Liked the speed that provides the electric motor. The handle bar is too small for the bike size. The electric accelerator is confusing and may cause an accident. The throttle should be separate in a push button.

    The brakes squeak and the front rim is warped. Still trying to find a customer service number. Great bike if it didn't the brakes did not squeer like a pig.

    Absolutely amazing!
    the manual is a little confusing, but they give you all the tools that you need plus a QR code to watch a how-to video to assemble. this was not only my 1st bike since I was a child, but the 1st bike that I ever assembled! I recommend getting a portable electric air pump because it requires exactly 50psi for each tire. This bike is fast WITHOUT power! I've only got to 10mph and I felt like I could fly off it! It was like being a kid again! Seriously ride with a helmet and protected gear; it's no average bike! 10 out of 10: worth EVERY penny!

    A good E bike for the old $679 price
    First of all the current price is way too high. It should drop again in the future. I have put 375 miles on the bike in 2 months. This bike as long as it's a good working one is a powerful bike. I have taken this bike mountain biking on steep loose rock narrow trails and it goes up the hills great with a little work from the rider. The frame is small for a 5'10 rider. A stem extension is a must. Stem extensions are cheap on amazon. The seat is soft which seems like that would be good but I think you sink down to the hard part of the seat which now make it a poor seat. This frame is very stiff, does not feel smooth with any bigger bumps. I think due to the small frame and the absolutely horrible front fork shock. Its a pogo stick that doesn't go down very easily! I have not changed it yet but it will make this bike much more comfortable. Within 2 rides one of the chain links was coming apart. I repaired it and have not had anymore issues since. Also have had the display shut off a few times but after removing the controller and checking the battery contacts it has not happened again. Also I have gone up steep hills with no power and it did a good job for a 47lb bike. A big problem is the display is locked so much you can't reset the trip meter. I plan on buying a new unlocked display from allibaba. Hopefully it is only the display that is locked and not locked by the controller. A new unlocked display should allow you to set the speed higher and adjust the percentages of each assist level based on the real instruction manual for this bikes display.

    Problems from the start ...
    I had problems right from the start. First it was a cross threaded screw, then a wheel that was out of alignment and not running true. Etc. ... Rather than bore you with a long drawn out story, suffice it to say that with all the 'hassle" of trying to return it and since I have experience working on bikes, I decided to just keep it. I haven't corrected all the problems yet, so haven't even ridden. But, worse case, I do have physical example to use in review videos for my content channels.

    Overall a good bike, but incomplete and lacking.
    Read the reviews. Good quality at the low end of the price range. Easy assembly. I am over 6' and it feels a bit small for me but there are a lot of smaller bikes out there. And the power is excellent. I was concerned about a 350 watt motor but while the terrain here is mostly flat it moves me well topping out at 20mph. I don't see a need for setting the pedal assist mode above 2. Anything higher and you are moving faster than your ability to contribute to the speed and battery savings. NOTE, you will need a different seat. This is a hard seat. No springs and little padding. Also pedals are small. You will also likely want fenders and lights.

    Great fun
    After over 400 miles I have still not had any serious problems with this. Biggest issue was accidentally turning the throttle when reaching for the brake, so I disconnected the throttle cable, which was very easy. The five levels of pedal assist are so good that I don't need the throttle. You can use it as a regular bike, or not pedal at all, or anywhere in between. For those with back issues, I recommend replacing the seat with a mountain bike seat, getting a suspension seat post, and getting a handlebar raiser. All are cheap and easy to install. Also get a bell and front and rear lights.
