Works great, best value around!
Used it a few times on the beach so far and it's been great. Stakes are small but there are 2 holes on each foot so it gives it a little extra hold. Frame seems pretty durable and great to have the wheeled bag for transport. Good stuff, would recommend

Looked good, poorly made.
First time it was put up over my tent for added protection, had a rain storm that night. Was woken up with the canopy collapsed on top of me and my grandchildren while we were sleeping. Had to crawl out of the tent in the rain. Very scary for us. Legs were actually very flimsy and 2 of the legs were twisted, and some of the top framing was twisted also. Had to throw it away. Very unhappy.

    Disappointed!
    Needed to replace some very old O.T. canopies that had served us well. Thought I would try these and after 2 uses with one and one use of the other I will now be putting them out to the trash. Very very very flimsy!

    Absolute piece of garbage falling apart
    I bought this canopy and I've only used it a few times the first time I tried to put it up all the velcro ties ripped and now the screws are coming out of the ends and it's absolutely falling apart but I bought it in April so I don't know if I can get a refund if you want to purchases you can probably only use it twice

    Total Disaster
    ordered online in February, just took it out of case last week,i know it is now June anyway,',' it's the first time this thing seen daylight since it's been packed by manufacturer, after setting canopy up, i notice few holes along roof framing, got rain that same night and it leaked not only through the holes, but through the entire canopys surface, needless to say I'm an avid camper and thankfully i had extra poly tarps to save our sanity, only thing that held up, was its framing...... if i could rate this a half star I WOULD!

    Great For My Use!
    I do like this tent! It's going to work for what we need it to do. But I do with it was a little bit more sturdier. Not that it's not but for me I've seen others sturdier.

    Great Pop-up Canopy
    Could not be more pleased with the Phi Villa 10X10 tent canopy that we purchased from AlphaMarts. Set-up and take-down only takes a couple of minutes. The collapsible frame is extremely sturdy in windy conditions. Watching sports events is so much more enjoyable under the shade of the Phi Villa.

    Returning, unhappy with quality of canopy
    Disappointed. Initial set up found tears where Velcro straps stitched to canopy. Stitching is just basting stitches so long with no strength to withstand any weather conditions. Just poor quality regarding this issue, which is important. Also disappointed the canopy itself is very thin nylon material. The canvas bag it comes in is sturdier. The framing is great as is the mentioned rolling bag. Too bad about the canopy or wouldn't be returning

    It's Ok.
    This canopy is ok. The set up is easy. It does what it's supposed to do, which is cover and protect you from sun and rain. We've bought several canopies in the past. I'm unsure how long this one will last. The quality seems poor and the frame buckled on 2 sides the first time we used it (See photos). A gust of wind might destroy this canopy. I would not recommend this canopy if you're looking for a long term canopy.

    Great value canopy
    I bought this canopy because of the easy-up feature. I will be using it while camping alone. It is pretty easy to set up by myself, I just have to be careful to not bend the legs or frame, and it takes a few extra minutes. It is large enough to cover my grill space and my table space. It provided rain and sun protection, though rain puddled up on the canopy, so that could be better. I love that it comes with a rolling carry case. My only issue is that the seam ripped on the first time I put the canopy away. I am talking to customer service about it and hopefully they will follow through with their promise to resolve the issue.
