If you are looking for a replacement for your old Mr. Coffee 4 cup maker then you know they changed theirs and it isn't that great. But this one is a perfect clone with an extra cup. Buy it for the price it is tremendous. My tip is to plug it into a Christmas tree timer so you can load it at night and have it set to come on and wake up to a freshly made cup when you crawl out of bed. Also set it to shut itself off when you are done. Works like a charm.

Damage Items and basically no help at this point
I disliked the fact that I purchased the item back in March and now it does not brew at all the power is on and nothing.

    Button Blew Off When Turning On.
    I used this 5 times. It exploded this morning. Literally blew the button off as I was turning it on. Sparks and fire. I was shocked. I returned it, but it could have caused a fire. I reported it, but wow.

    Screwed up!
    They sent me a defective item, during manufacturing they forced a screw in the wrong spot and made a hole in the water reservoir, so instead of them tossing it, they instead put the screw in the proper spot and boxed it up to sell! Pouring water in that first time was fun... Had all the water pouring out all over the place. In short, their QA SUCKS! How did this pass as a good product to sell? pics attached.

    I think I just got a dud.
    Was hoping for a nice simple coffee pot that it looks like, but I got a lemon. The water fills the basket, buit does not flow into the carafe. Quite a mess.

    Beautiful little coffee maker
    When I purchased this coffee maker I bought because of price. At half the price of most other models I jumped. But it's kind of a smaller coffee maker, the carafe only holds alittle over 3 cups. It's a great personal coffee maker, works great just don't expect it to serve the whole family in one pot.

    1) make good coffee for 1 to 2 person, yield 3 x 8oz(250ml) cups 2) i run 3 cycle without coffee to clean it. 3) brew head is right above the filter basket, coffee ground are well saturated. 4) easy to clean and compact (see photos for actual size). 5) value for money
