Bent poles can't put together, read reviews first
Always read the reviews first… came dented and impossible to put together. 3 of the poles have dents, 1 I was able to wiggle on but the others are so bad that it's like fitting a circle into a rectangle— can't do it. Also a couple of silver pieces to click it in place are missing, making the first part I put together super wobbly, so was just gonna ask customer service to replace, but since the poles are dented I'm just going to tell Walmart to refund my money. Obviously from the other reviews this is common for them to send bent poles, so lesson learned— next time if more than 1 person says it's messed up, I'm going with a different company. (Added a pic of one of the poles, when you put it next to another pole it's all warped and doesn't come close to fitting.)

    Nice addition to porch
    Easy assembly little trick to getting the hooks and covers on Dont try to thread the cover on but rather scrunch up. Only improvement would be more padding

    Color is not accurate
    Only giving 3 stars because the blue is not at all the blue you receive. Its hideous blue! Pretty easy to assemble since mine lacked instructions. Pulls down low when laying on it but you can adjust links. Thin cushion but its ok to lay on.

    The padded canvas is great! The overall quality of this item seems nice, with the exception of a base piece that was misshapen and missing the connector button. It could not be assembled. Followed the directions on the assembly instructions to email the service department. After no response for a week I called. The woman was rude and not helpful in the least. She referred me back to Walmart, who was more than happy to resolve the issue. I like this hammock so much that I ordered a second one.

    Arrived damaged.
    All was great until I opened one of the pipes and found a dent in it, making it impossible to complete the assembly because it wouldnt allow a connecting pipe to slide in and lock. Hopefully customer service can just replace the damaged part, and I wont need to send the whole, already partially assembled hammock back.
