Excellent Swing love it!
Excellent swing! My husband assembled it. All the pieces were there! Cushions are very comfortable! Twice as nice as I had expected! I loved it so much I ordered a second one for the back yard. Great purchase.

Handle broke
I bought this swing in July and now the handle broke so I had to put it down. There's four handle that hold the swing on the side one of the handle broke. I'm so disappointed by the quality

    Ripped at the seam straight out of the box!!!
    Cushion was ripped at the seam straight out of the box. When I requested a replacement I was told the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced. Now I have to load up a huge, heavy box for return as this is junk. Buyer beware!

    No good
    Only been 4 months and the cloth on the swing already ripped which is really bad because as soon as I sat it just ripped and could've caused serious injuries because it got really loose

    did not last long
    All good till the chair canvas stitches came off . We enjoyed the swing for 2 months but now seeing that it's not sturdy even though we had only 2 adults using this. The stitches came off and now the seat cushion js sagging. Planning to return

    Horrible fabric craftmanship.
    The fabric for the seat itself is tearing at the seams. The stitching is subpar at best. I take the cushions in when it rains because they are so thick. Wish I could get a replacement seat.

    Sturdy, comfortable, easy to assemble.
    Very comfortable and sturdy. Very easy to assemble. All parts are marked with numbered little stickers. They even give you a tools (ratcheting tool and two double sided wrenches). I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice, sturdy and comfortable swing.

    Actually the base which came was having issue so the other joints to fix it was very tough and became difficult. So returned the item. Since my Daughter wants the same . Planning to buy the same item again. Hopefully this time i wont get the defect part.

    Nothing to write home about.
    Decent for the price but definitely will not last for long. A few problems. 1. After the first use, the middle of the cushions sink in. 2. The fabric that supports the seat starts to rip where its sewn around the middle bar. 3. While removing the cushions the Velcro piece that holds the cushions in place is almost completely ripped. Its also not very comfortable. I dont know why but I feel a lot of abrasive type pressure in the buttocks area. First I thought it was my jeans, but I changed them and same thing.

    Great Cushions, easy assembly, poor stitching
    I purchased a second Mainstays swing because I was so happy with the first one which I have had for years. I break down the set every year and stow it indoors to avoid the New England Winter, but am concerned that this set may not hold up as well as the old one. The cushions on the new set are of a higher quality than those of the old set but there are some stitching issues in the canopy and seat that have me concerned. I have included a picture of a missed stitch in the original weave that was apparent right out of the box. Also, the velcro connectors on the rear of the seat which secure the cushions are about two inched too far to the outside to secure the cushions.

    Disappointed and angry
    This came with the box half opened. When I opened the box, there were no hardware screws/bolts etc to put it together and the only manual I received was ripped and in Spanish. I was clearly sent a returned package where they did not check to make sure all the parts were even there.
