VERY EASY TO SET UP, USB CORDS NEED TO BE LABEL TO SHOW WHERE CONNECT TO, BUT NOT AT ALL HARD TO DO, EASY TO LAY BACK, LOVE STORAGE AND CUPHOLDERS A MUST, IS WHAT I NEEDED, MY GRANDBABIES TAKES OVER THE CHAIR, THEY LOVE IT, MIGHT HAVE TO GET ANOTHER ONE JUST FOR ME

You guys should check every unit for quality control. The sofa came without the seatback brackets to lacht into the seat. Now im stuck with a very heavy box i have to return and wont fit in my car

    Would not recommend.
    Had it less than a year and the plastic (leather look) covering is peeling off in one area. The rest of it still looks like new but the one area is an eye sore. Poor quality, would not recommend. And they never did send replacement feet which were damaged upon delivery - I just removed the remaining feet and made do.

    For younger adult with popeye calves. 250 lb cap.
    Not much to like about it, for a teen or young adult, not a fully grown adult person. Too narrow and did not find out until calling customer service that it has a 250 lb weight capacity because there is nothing in the literature about it. The reclining foot rest is so stiff I do not believe a average person can pull it back closed with legs.

    Great value for the money
    This chair is easy to assemble, comfy, looks great and affordable. I bought 2 for my home theater in the basement and we love them, they remind me the new chairs at AMC theaters. The only con I found was the arm rest, its not that lasting and kinda loose but no biggie in my opinion.

    Great except for the replacement procedure
    The only reason I deducted a star was one of the 6 I ordered was damaged. It was confusing to get a replacement. I wish I had just returned and reordered my own replacement. It took a week and half to get the replacement and only 2 days to receive a new order. That would be my advice and insist on fed ex and not returning to the post office which is what I was originally advised to do. Other than that it has been awesome to have our theater room set up with all the same furniture!

    These recliners were a steal for the price. They are comfortable and have the normal concerns, like tight handles to recline. That was to be expected until they are broken in. That loosened up with normal usage. The arms were loose also on a few, but overall, I would purchase them again

    Happy with the purchase. It looks as pictured, although the overall feel/quality is slightly lacking, in my opinion. The hinges holding the covers of the in-arm storage provide little security as they wiggle around quite a bit. I also feel as though the armrests in general sit somewhat low, not providing an incredibly comfortable place to rest your arms, but maybe that's just the style of the chair? Material feels like decent quality, but it very noisy when making any sort of movement while in the chair. I think that this is one of those “you get what you pay for” type of purchases.
