Very nice and big willow basket
I just got my Mainstays Split Willow Basket and I am really liking it! It is much bigger than I thought it would be. It is very strong and pretty. The shape is oval and can fit almost any décor. There are SO many uses for this basket. Each end has a cutout handle that is very sturdy. It measures out at 16.14” L x 11.42” W x 7.08” H, which makes it perfect for any room or area. I plan to use mine for miscellaneous items in my office right now. I will use it as a place for my mail, checkbook, etc., sort of like a ‘throw all basket”. Don't forget, it could be used for outdoor picnics and bar-b-ques. It could hold sauces, forks, plates, grilling accessories, etc. This basket is very versatile! It will be perfect for Easter and Thanksgiving fruits and vegetables, or for pine cones and cut flowers. So many uses!! Love it! My willow basket will get used for many things!! I want to eventually want make up a centerpiece for my table using some tapestry, small ornaments and dried flowers. This will be great for Christmas gatherings. I do recommend this basket highly! It is very well made!

Light weight basket
This is a very light weight basket and it's pretty small. I thought it would be bigger and sturdier, so don't count on holding anything heavy in it. The size is 16.14" x 7.87" x 11.42" It's more of a plain decorative basket, I use mine as a catch all beside my bed. Would look nice on the dining room table with fruit in it. Not a fan of the color, thinking about painting mine brown. All in all it's ok if you are just looking for a basic basket.

    I really love this basket, its well made, Very sturdy, has a nice look to it, and the handles are nicely placed and make it easy to move around, It will not work as a Laundry basket but thats ok. I am using it in my bathroom to put rolled up hand towels and wash clothes, I might put some fake flowers in it. Many uses available, I did find two of our foster 10 wk old kittens sleeping in it on shortly after it arrived. seriously have plans to get more.

    Decorative and useful basket
    This basket is well made, not flimsy. It holds its shape. Great on the kitchen countertop to hold fruit or on the table with an arrangement of artificial flowers and greenery. Keep it near the door to hold keys and pocket change. Baskets are always handy to have around for storage. It looks very nice and just fits the bottom of my table.

    I used it to take newborn pics of my baby. I stuffed it with his furry blanket and nestled him into it. He was cozy in it while I got fabulous shots! In fact, so cozy, that after the 'photo shoot' he slept in it for half an hour! The photos rival professional baby pics.

    My wife was very happy with this basket. It is strong enough for fruit or her yarn. It has a pretty, natural color, and blends into the decor very nicely. It seems to be well made, and holds together well. She loves the traditional, classic design and pattern. We recommend this!

    It's a lot smaller than I anticipated. It's also really light. I've had baskets with more heft that seemed stronger. I wouldn't put anything heavy in this. It's great for the bathroom or guest room for some extra towels, pillows or toilet paper.

    This basket is perfect! It's well made and large enough to fit ALL of my vitamins and then some. I like that it has handles too. I think i might buy a few more. It would be great for storing fresh rolled up washcloths or even be converted into a cat bed. Ha ha. Seriously though. It's multi functional. 5 stars
