Its great sturdy
Very cute bistro set. Very sturdy. Wish my electric screwdriver would have worked instead of my hand. But the set can go anywhere. I suggest check out the measurements-diameter of stools. For the price, its Perfect. I bought two chairs to use instead of the stools.

    Buy It On Sale
    I bought this when it was on sale for $99. I honestly wouldn't pay any more than that. I'm glad I had a man to screw in the screws cuz I wouldn't of been able to by hand. It doesn't get much use at my house and the top of the stool is still loose from the screws.

    not a single hole lined up
    first positives. heavy duty, beautiful dark wood color, doesnt look like cheap wood. easy to assemble, just right size for a small nook. negatives...not one single pre drilled hole lined up. not one....someone had drawn a square with marker in new areas. if your not handly or a spouse isnt available to help measure and screw in the screws dont buy. we are and accomplished this by ourselves and the outcome was great.

    Need a drill to assemble
    Sturdy table. The top of the table is a great size. Measure out the height of the stools, they are a little shorter than I was expecting. However, you can basically not assemble this table if you do not have a drill. There is NO way someone of normal strength and a screw driver could screw the metal base into the bottom of the table. There are no guide holes. It says the screws will create holes themselves but they absolutely do not. Do not buy this table unless you have access to a drill or you will be highly disappointed.

    I ended up sanding the table and stools to paint a darker carbon gray color also purchased from Walmart. They are made of real wood. Overall it looks and functions nicely. However I've found that the stools can feel a bit uncomfortable to sit on. The metal rings feel slightly flimsy to rest your legs on while sitting. The pre-drilled holes in the stools don't line up so you'll have to make your own. Same goes for the table. Recommend having a drill to put this all together. This set was good for the price and great addition to a small apartment.

    A Very Nice Set.
    I'm sorry to be so late with this review but I have been ill and have not had a chance to do it till now. First if you are thinking about getting this table and stool set make sure you have some help as it is pretty heavy in the box and you will need help moving it around. Once you get it home and broken down in pieces there will be no problem. The separate parts are easy to work with and not to heavy. As far as assembly goes there is really not much to it. There are four screws to the table and four screws to each stool. If you are going to move these pieces around after assembly handle them by the steel parts instead of the wood parts because the screws that hold everything together are not very long and could work their way out and then you would have to move parts around and reassembly it again. You can see from the pictures that once you have everything together you have some really good looking furniture that will look good in your home. We use the set as a table for our grand children and they like being up high and having their own table. All in all this is a very nice set set and we are glad to have it in our home.
