Good quality reccomended
First the order arrived quicker the cons on delivery it didnt deliver where its protected, like in our deck .They just drop it in the curb im glad its not raining or that would be drenched. Other than that Im satisfied with the product easy assembly, they give you extra hardware in case you lost screws which is a plus.The material is good and irs a good quality for the price.Overall my family likes it.We used this furniture for our gazelle gazebo to enjoy our night time away from mosquitoes.Satisfied and reccomend it.

Rusted after 1 week being outdoors
Cute set, easy to assemble. After 1 week of being outdoors, the loveseat started rusting. Very disappointing! Contacted Waslmart and my options were to return it or receive a 10% refund. How crazy is that? We are not going to disassemble it. We don't have the bix.

There were two pieces that aligned up perfectly but there were two that didn't. Called customer care to request replacement parts and was told that they were not in stock, and suggested that I should return to Walmart for refund. When I called Walmart they offered me a partial charge to keep it.. nope no such deal, going back ! I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to having it for The 4th! Oh well, guess I'll start over somewhere else!foreverwal2

Love seat, TWO chairs and a coffee table for under $250. High-end feel, and super comfy!! Easy to assemble!! You need a little leverage to get seat (frame) to fit on back (frame) but it's designed right for a perfect fit!Laura

The Pillows aren't as thick as I'd like them to be but for the price, I'll take it. I don't like is that there aren't multiple steal steal railings to hold up the cushions. So I hopefully this set last long enough to get my money's worth. Overall, it's still a keeper.Kathy

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/15/2023Poor workmanship. doesn't stand up.i purchased this patio set less than a year ago in May 2022 its Now April 2023 and 2 of the chairs have broken while someone has been seated in them (luckily no one was seriously injured). However that is no excuse for the poor workmanship of the product. I work hard to buy decent things and budget to get things i have and then to have things like this happen only after less than a year is frusterating. i would not recommend purchasing this item.Katrina

It seems nice and heavy and seems like it will hold up in weather, however, it is under a covered deck that won't get wet. I will say, some of the other reviews are spot on when talking about the alignment issues! OMGG! I had to get help from my husband w/the holes not lining up properly! Very poor manufacturing! Other than that, the set is nice and fits perfectly on our deck! Pics are included!ErickaDenise

I have had to write and include photos and my receipt in order to file a claim. Not counting on a speedy solution.Judith

We got past that then put it all together and realized the chairs wobbled, the legs were uneven. We tried to look beyond that and then not even a week later the cushion rips on the two seater. The cushions weren't even comfortable when you sit on them, they felt thin. We tried to call customer service an they had some of the items we needed on backorder. They couldn't even say when the items would be back in stock. So we opted to return the set to Walmart. We wanted to give this patio set a chance but the longevity of this product was too questionable.luvwallyworld324

What would it have cost you to put a couple of metal bars or some sort of metal mesh for the seat bottom instead of using what has to be one of the cheapest, most tear-prone materials you could find…for metal furniture!Patrick

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/18/2022My happy cute new patio furniture!I read a lot of reviews before buying this set... a bunch of them were negative... a bunch were positive. I took a chance that it would be okay. It came one day later than expected. The box was beat pretty bad by FedEx, but everything inside was ok. It was a really big awkward heavy box so I actually left it on my walkway and unpacked it right there to bring it in. I assembled it in my living room. It was a super easy assembly. Everything was packed in plastic and bubble wrap and I couldn't find any damage from shipping. It went together pretty painlessly. I think I took maybe an hour or hour and a half to put it all together. They included extra hardware and a ratchet thing to tighten all the hex screws, which I thought was super helpful. The only tool you need is a Phillips screwdriver. I put it on my patio and so far love it. I kinda almost fell asleep sitting on the loveseat last night watching the sunset. Yes it's cheap outdoor furniture... but it's comfy and I'm super happy with it so far. I didn't want to spend a ton on outdoor furniture so was thrilled to only pay $175 for a nice set. I'll include pictures so you can see everything. I just thought that if people are reading reviews they should see pictures with one positive review so that you know what you're getting. oh. If you buy it be prepared for lots and lots of bubble wrap and plastic and cardboard to throw out. The only thing I wish they'd done or specified differently in the instructions was which chairs the cushions go to. The cushions for the loveseat and chairs are slightly different sizes... took me a few minutes to figure out which should go on which. I do love the red cushions. :) so it won't let me upload most of my pictures. It says they have to be smaller than 5mb and I guess mine are mostly bigger than that... so you don't get to see the unpacking process of the box and assembly of it all.Mara
